Platos Closet

The absolute worst platos in the country. Ive lived in Denver and in multiple cities in florida and have always been welcomed and asked to bring in more items to sell. However, at this particular location they have turned me away 3 times and werent able to buy a single item even though i bring in brands like lucky, levis, nike shoes, mk, etc. Most rarely worn and some never worn. The sales associates are either not in tune with what styles are currentor they just want to purchase things that they want for themselves or something. Their displays look like something out of a cheap mall and the majority of the stock they have is geared towards making a low budget hip hop video, from what i can tell. Thanks urban platos. If there were an option for no stars, i would be happy to do that instead.

I came in here looking to sell some of my clothes and to get a pair of shoes. Was easily able to find a pair but the customer service was absolutely horrible. The woman with long brown hair was extremely rude. And she rejected my clothes because they weren’t «trendy» when I literally bought a dress that they rejected 5 months ago. And when I asked about their reasoning for passing on all of them, she continued to be rude about it. I can understand if you’ve had a long day– trust me, I’m a waitress and I do hair, which is all about customer service– but there is no reason whatsoever to be rude to a customer or client when they’re simply asking genuine questions. Will not be returning. I’ll just wait until I go back home — 4 hours away from here — and go to that one instead.

Visited three days ago. No employees had on any type of store ID. None offered to help. 4 «hanging out» by/​near register but none attempting to look like working. One young man had on pants exposing half of his backside underwear. Second register opened when a long line of customers began to form. Sad, sad customer service today.

I absolutely love this store. I come here all the time and have purchased quite a few things I own from here.
