Perhaps the laziest people in the business. The food was marginal and the service was horrendous.

Phillips in Savannah Airport was awful They didn’t have half the items on the menu and the food I did get was bad. And to top it off it took a long time to get. Just awful!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced had 4 employees look at me and not a single one asked what I would like. The restaurant wasn’t busy and finally after 20 minutes of waiting I got a drink and they acted as if I ruined there day or as if they didn’t want me to be there

This place is a joke. Am literally sitting at the bar for 15 minutes with no sign of a bartender or anything. Asked the host and was told someone would be here shortly. Still waiting like an idiot. People are also getting up and leaving too. This place cannot be serious.

I had the calamari to start with it was nice and crunchy, and the sweet chili sauce was a nice change from cocktail sauce. I finished with the crab soup which was good but definitely could’ve used more crab. Overall good food for airport food

Overpriced garbage that comes from a freezer and still tastes awful. Slow service too. Savannah has great seafood… too bad they can’t get a real seafood place at the airport.

Horrible! Unless you’re just looking for beer, I suggest you go across to the news stand and buy a candy bar. Don’t even want to waste more of my time on this. Food and service were both just bad. There were only total of 8 customers at 3 tables total. Save your money!!!

Even the carrots in the steamed veggies were bad. There is a first one for me. Nice people, but can easily do better.

I needed a bite to eat until the shuttle arrived, so I decided to eat here as it was the only real sit-down restaurant open at the Savannah airport at the time(around dinner time). I was a little confused as to whether it was open at first or not since it looked as though no one was serving. I finally got seated and ordered some food. I had the mahi mahi. It was very dry and wasn’t very good. Unfortunately, this might be the only place that open if you’re stuck at the airport, but otherwise I don’t recommend this place.

Today may have been a bad day for this restaurant. Our waiter was responsible for too many tables. As a result, service was exceedingly slow. Like waiting for nearly an hour for food, then 15 minutes for a check. The soup I had was okay, but the chicken salad left much to be desired. Find someplace else to eat.

I didn’t eat here I only stopped for a cocktail. I’m packing for a vacation and I found the receipt. I was here on the 14th of December. I popped into Phillip’s when I was waiting for my family who were on a later flight than I was to get a basic basic whiskey drink. I went right in and sat at the bar. Best place to go if you want a drink right? It took close to ten minutes to get acknowledged. There were(three total) two employees talking to each other at the kitchen end of the bar, one even walked to the register(had to go beyond where I was sitting to do so) and there wasn’t any sort of ‘Oh hey, see you there, be with you in a bit’. Nope. I just sat and waited. When I ordered I was worried. A young woman came over and asked what I’d like. I wanted a house whiskey soda with a lime. She’s like what? I restated cause I figured she didn’t hear me. She had heard and asked what I meant. So I broke it down, I’d like whiskey, soda water, and a lime with a little ice in a glass. Again I get a huh, what do you mean– I’m not a bar tender, were her words to me. I said you know, like fizzy water, soda water? Still nothing. I wasn’t too phased yet. Then she asked if I meant tonic water. ‘Like a vodka tonic?’ Yes I said, but not vodka but whiskey, and not tonic water but soda water. Still no recognition on her end. So I asked about the soda wand behind the bar(like all bars seem to have). You know, sprite, coke, lemonade, water, etc. I asked her if there was a soda button on there. Yes, there was she said. I was hopeful!!! That’s what I’d like. So she goes to make my drink… ice in glass, a lime, and then wait… she went into the kitchen and got a little bottle of water. Maybe she remembered what soda water was? She brings the glass to me like that. I was like and the whiskey. She went for the top shelf– I was like house liquor is fine. Again I had to point to where the house liquor was and direct her to a whiskey(even had to point out the bottle).(P.S. It was RIGHT at the soda wand!!!). Started to pour but since the glass was filled there was no room for whiskey. So you can imagine that there was another amusing but maddening sight to see. So the moment of truth, it’s freaking tonic water in the glass. Disappointed but happy to finally have a drink, that was actually a stiff pour, I drank the damn drink and still tipped. I don’t care if you weren’t a bartender I explained what I wanted. Even if you had to step into the kitchen and google ‘what is a whiskey soda’, I would have respected that.

Had to go look for somebody to serve me. The waitress was at waitress station looking on her phone. Service was terrible, overpriced and food was below average.

This is the restaurant underneath the atrium at the Savannah airport. GREAT Bloody Mary. Horrible Crispy Fish… which was 2 pieces of frozen COD… with gummy mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Why do I think I can get a decent meal at a fair price at any airport… disgraceful!

Should have read the reviews before grabbing dinner here. With a paucity of choices, would have just had gelato for dinner instead. Good points: nice, hardworking waitress, lots of alcohol in Bloody Mary limited my complaints. Out of clean silverware so I get plastic? Out of chicken so no chicken sandwich? Best part of poor Shrimp and crab sandwich is the roll. Steamed veggie side is pathetic. Lots of waffle fries. Eat before you come to airport!

If you’re at the savannah airport location skip Phillips: at best it’s mediocre Out of shrimp?! Out if iced tea?! Waitress couldn’t remember if she placed our order No silverware when she did finally bring it Crab cake flavorless, calamari had an odd taste Go get a hotdog at Nathan’s

The kitchen was closed. After hours, there is a limited selection of food items — appetizers and soups. I ordered crab soup and the crab cake appetizer. The crab cakes were good, not great — I probably enjoyed them because I was quite hungry. The creamy crab soup was delicious.

No no no. Dirty and horrible tasting seafood. The fried calamari was greasy, rubbery, and expensive. Please stay away!
