DON’T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! We had them come out to do a «move out» clean up on our rental. The house was empty except for a few air mattresses and some clothes. They did not clean the base boards, the cabinets, the fridge, the bathtubs, they completely ignored the upstairs room, bathroom, and staircase. They also missed the door frames, our laundry room, and countless other spots in our house. Perhaps they were too busy eating food out of my freezer to clean my house! When we got home we noticed some food had been eaten!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Perhaps the WORST, rudest and least trustworthy cleaning service in the Lowcountry. We have used Molly Maids for several years for a vacation rental. The previously manager, Tammy, was hard working and kept our rental in great shape. If there was a problem, she personally made sure it was taken care of. Then it all came to an end.
Tammy was gone, without announcement, and was replaced by some of the rudest unprofessional people I have dealt with. Numerous attempts to contact the owner were unanswered, with only a message that the owner is «a silent owner and does not want to be involved in the daily activities.»
We had a cleaning scheduled. Needed to be complete by noon as we had tenants coming in. The crew arrived about 9:30 am. I went to check the cottage at noon. I was appalled. Beds not made, dog hair in clumps, rugs not vacuumed, bathroom not clean. It was HORRIBLE. I contacted the new «manager» who informed me she was on a sales call and did not have time to deal with me. I asked if she could drop by and she could not be bothered. She would call me back. 15 minutes passed and I called again and was chastised. She finally found a crew to come out and finish the job. They were «on their way» at 12:40. By 1:15, still no one. I started cleaning. The crew arrived about 1:40. They had received no instruction.
This cost me several hundred dollars in lost time and a referral from my tenant. And Molly Maids had the audacity to chide me for being impatient.
We fired them immediate. I would urge anyone to go elsewhere. I can only imagine the circumstances surrounding Tammy’s mysterious departure, but the new crew is not trustworthy, is blatantly untruthful to clients and could really care less. I immediately changed the door lock code as simply do no trust them. All they seem to care about is making the sale, but not about good product or customer service. We WERE a $ 4000 a year account for them, but thankfully no longer. We will take our hard earned money elsewhere.

Very proud to be the first one to review this service. I hired them to come and do a «Deep clean» on my home while my wife was away on business as a surprise to her. I spoke with a very nice lady in the office who was extremely helpful. That, unfortunately is where the good customer service ended. I was told that two cleaners would spend up to 5 hours in my home cleaning. They arrived late that day and were only there for a little over 2 hours. They failed to clean most of the things that I was promised that they would clean: Door frames, baseboards, windowsills, ceiling fans etc. I called the office and was told that the crew would be sent out the next day to fix what they missed. They indeed showed up again… late. Again. And were there only an hour. They cleaned the fans alright… and left the dust on my new comforter set, my sons bed and the floor in my living room. The best part is that they were still sitting in my driveway when I got home and left several cigarette butts in my grass. I called… again…and was again told that someone would be out the next day. Someone came the next day and indeed cleaned. Although it wasn’t exactly as promised, she did a fair job. I’m not sure how long she was there because she didn’t set my alarm when she left. I took a leap of faith and again asked them to come do a routine clean. The work was substandard yet again. The floors weren’t swept or mopped… or if they did mop they used a filthy mop. The floors had a residue on them. There is no way that a would recommend them to anyone. Aside from the very sweet and helpful lady that works in the office, the service and level of professionalism is plain awful.
