Well, where do I start? Kim, your company only offered once to come to the property to ensure repairs were completed. It was after the 3rd cancellation by the repair company and a lengthy email from me. You personally assured me that you would be at the house at the next scheduled time by the repair company. That day came, I believe it was Feb 20th,(8 days after the unit was alleged by your review to be fully functioning) the repair man showed up, you did not. I also have at least 4 emails from you stating that the owner would be paying my electric bill(also in your review) as well as compensating me for my time and frustration of having to schedule all of these cleanings and repairs. What happened today you ask? Another email, and this one said that only part of my electric bill will be paid for and there will be no other credit put on my account. You say in your review that you’d be willing to take suggestions if I’m unhappy with how things are going. Here is a suggestion: Don’t lie to your tenants. If you promise something, stay true to your word. Also, feel free to send me another email trying to force me to take down this review. You can also try to intimidate me again by informing me that you are going to copy your lawyer on the email. There isn’t a single untrue word in either of my reviews and I have your written emails as proof. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor, use a different company
