Where to begin? The only thing worse than a used car sales man is an alarm salesman. The sales team is filled with miss information. As a pissed off customer. And this is not my first experience with an alarm company. After a little research isx security is a new start up alarm company that was created after a shame full shake up at CSS or covenant security solutions. The Co owner Patrick Brunson joined forces with an experienced comcast salesman named aire. Patrick has been in the alarm business for several years. Enough with the background. An appointment was set up and Patrick shows up in a off road jacked up Chevrolet truck with a CSS logo while sporting a isx adt collard shirt. He looked like he spent the night on the ninth hole of bacon Park golf course. I should have never let him in my door. He expressed concern that I need to update my system immediately for security concerns. I had expressed some concerns. He did not have the answers to the questions I asked. At that time I thought he was just a new salesman trying to make his first sale. I could write for hours but I’m not going to. Alarm companies ask for your social security number they do a soft credit check. If you are approved the company gets paid in advance the term of the contact you sign. In turn they offer the free promotional products. Which is garbage. And it will only cost you 99.00 installed. I signed the contract. The install day! Lol. A little white van with a CSS half torn wrap pulled into my drive way. The guy gets out flicks a cigarette out and walks up introduces himself as Jamie. You can’t miss this guy he has tear drops tattooed in this face. And an eight ball tattoo on his knee. What prison did he get those in? It took him all day. Which it should only take 3 hours at the max. As soon as he got in he was leaving for lunch. He returned an hour later. He took about 10 cigarette breaks. And was on the phone for most of the day. After it was all done and the cigarette smoke cleared we have problems, I actually called southern Alarm to come fix the mess it was installed wrong. I will never promote ISX security if I where another person I would choose southern Alarm Kellys clemens is the owner and a straight shooter. I’m a BC alum and I know Patrick is as well. Bc do not do business with this company. This is not how bc alumni handle business.
