James, the i-​cracked tech, was 100% TERRIFIC ! I wanted to fix my brothers iPhone as a birthday present. James made it so easy ! I paid through Pay Pal and James showed up, at the agreed time, at my brothers workplace. My bro said he just gave him a little desk space, and he was done in about 30 – 40 minutes. The shattered screen was totally smashed ! The phone looked brand new when James was done, he was totally courteous and professional throughout. The way he comes «to you «worked out just great, it was easy & quick ! Do not go to a mall kiosk or frustrating cell stores, forget the geek squad ! Save yourself some Apple Store trauma& drama — have James come to you !
