Fairytale Cleaning

I don’t like to write bad reviews either but I signed up for 2 hours of household cleaning.
The owner was in my «small» kitchen for over an hour. I specifically told her what I wanted done and when she had 45 minutes left of the 2^nd hour I asked if she was going to make it to the rest of the house. She said, I“ll do what I can? No that’s not what I wanted to hear. I don’t expect to have to clean after I hire a service but here I am, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. I will give her credit since she did stay 30 minutes extra to mop the floors but I will never use her again nor recommend her to anyone.
She needs to prioritize her time better or find a new business.

I hate giving bad reviews, but My husband called this business for a general cleaning we needed before family came into town that night. When she arrived-​by herself, I told her just the basics; vacuum upstairs and clean floors downstairs, dusting, bathrooms, counters. After three hours, she came to me and said she had to leave to pick her daughter up! She never finished the half bathroom, entire living room, or floors downstairs. It would have been considerate (and professional) to tell me she only has three hours and this is all she can do. I would’ve hired someone else who could finish the job. I spent another hour + cleaning what was left after I had just busted my ass teaching fitness classes and had design work to do. Plus… She did a terrible job dusting, there was clumps of dust gathered on our dresser, she dusted around a lamp and left watermarks from a glass– See photo, if I can post it… Never again. I don’t even know why I tipped her. Huge mistake.
