Whoever came up with the idea to sell tacos and doughnuts in the same establishment is a pure marketing genius. I saw the sign driving into town a couple of days ago and laughed. I stopped yesterday to get an apple fritter and was not disappointed. It could have used a few more apple pieces, but it was good. I went today to try the tacos and they were delicious. I got one beef and one chicken. The lady browned my quesadilla and made them right on front of me. You get a choice of black or pinto beans, rice, tomato, cheese, lettuce, grilled onions, cilantro, sour cream, and sauce. They reminded me of street vendor tacos in San Diego. Yummy! I got 2 and a drink for around $ 6 and was full afterwards. There were other choices like burritos and nachos available. The doughnut choices were what you’d expect, but no doughnut holes. There were about 6 or 7 booths and 3 or 4 long tables. I’ll go again. I would suggest that the owner expand the coffee selection. But, I’m a city girl just visiting. It might not fly here.
