Dairy Queen

We live around the corner from this place and always had great friendly service until 9:28 PM Sunday 11÷22÷15. Drive thru Girls was rude. Never said one word to us and went straight from mop bucket to making our Ice Cream. While she was making Ice Cream they started to put lights out even though open till 10PM. Handed us our stuff with not one word. Doesn‘t want to make me go back, so I think I won‘t. Keep relying on truckers and tourists to keep you in business I guess.

This is one of the worst dairy Queens I have ever been to. The fries were raw the burger was microwave for like 25 hours unedible. I spoke with the manager /​owner and they couldn’t really care less if you can avoid this place like herpies.

Pitiful. Don’t go there. Took forever just to get a cone. Had to wait like twenty minutes.

As my friend and I were on our trip of the South, we’d spent the day & most of the evening touring the beautiful countryside and were on our way back to our hotel when I got a hankering for ice cream. We saw the open sign at DQ and headed to the Drive-​thru where we then waited… And waited… And yes waited some more, like any two bleary eyed travelers do and then alas when we thought out ice cream dreams were about to come true… they turned the lights out. Well isn’t that something, don’t you think you could’ve turned on your headset long enough to say, «I’m sorry we’re closed».
So why am I giving it the three stars? Patience my little grasshopper… On
the 3^rd day into our travels it began to rain and we decided to call it an early night and we’re headed back to the hotel and I was still craving ice cream … We decided to give it another shot and had success and my craving was satisfied and my jaw dropped at the size of the vanilla soft serve ice cream I was served… I guess that’s what you get when you crave something bad enough.
Negatives 1^st visit lack of customer service
Positives 2^nd visit– I shouldn’t crave another soft serve ice cream for years to come … You’ll see why when I post the picture.

Love my DQ dipped cone. What a great family place. This is the family hang out any day/​night of the week. Clean, friendly, and Yummy!
