One could visit this shop at any time of the year! Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Independence Day, no matter what the occasion there are sure to be appropriately themed ornaments and decorations. Although I could not find any French themed decorations because they were sold out(go figure), they did have ornaments representing Ireland and The United States. It’s a small shop but you walk in and are immediately transported into Mrs. Claus’ workshop. For it to be such a compact shop, you somehow end up spending a considerable amount of time in there. As if being mesmerized by the twinkle of the ornaments. Ornaments are not the only items here. There are festive linens, children’s clothing and small decorative items such as pillows, throws and the like. The owners are extreme friendly, so pop in to find that special gift for a friend, or the latest addition to this years Christmas tree!

I’ll admit it, I’m a Christmas nerd at heart. Whenever I see a Christmas store, I just can’t resist. When I saw this one while I was out strolling Savannah on a blazing hot September day, I just had to pop in and check it out. The staff was friendly and warm(i love that southern charm and hospitality in this city!). They have a decent selection of the common Christmas brand décor for the tree and knick knacks around the house, along with beautiful handmade baby outfits. The store itself is a tad bit on the small side, but they still have so many unique items, its worth dropping in for a visit!

Lots of GORGEOUS glass ornaments. Perhaps one day when I don’t have a small child, I’ll actually buy one. They also had a few racks of adorable smocked childrens clothes as well as Hatley Pjs. The clothes were super cute but I thought the prices were a bit high on the smocked outfits, but I never buy smocked outfits new, so perhaps they were fair prices. The lady(not sure if she was the owner or just worked there) that was running the store was very friendly and helpful!

I Enjoy stopping at The Christmas Shop on Bull St in Historic Savannah as much as possible because they have things other stores don’t. They also carry many exclusive, handcrafted ornaments that sell very quickly, that’s why i go by there so much. All around one of the Best stores in Savannah and the absolute best Christmas store.

I was hoping for more from this shop. The shop had Christmas ornaments but they were pricey, which wasn’t really surprising. I was hoping to find some hand crafted Savannah ornaments but they only carried one kind. What a disappointment from such an artsy city! We walked through and out the door in 5 minutes.

I have a year round mini tree that I decorate for EVERY occasion. Halloween — Thanksgiving — Christmas — Valentines Day — Spring — Summer — Birthdays — Anniversaries. I love my little tree and so would you if you saw it. It rules. Anyways, my wifey and I stumbled across this charming little shop while exploring SAV. From the outside looking in it seems like the shop is stocked with old lady deco, but there is some really cute stuff in there. I walked away with glittery, blown glass conversation heart ornaments and vintage inspired greeting cards. The cards were so cheap, at $ 1.50 each I stocked up for the next three years. It was really warm in Savannah at the time, so the sweet sales gal sold us a bottle of water to go. I love the southern charm!
