Carrabba’s Italian Grill

I just don’t understand how anyone can give this place a negative review. Every time I have eaten at Carrabbas it has been excellent. From the fresh pasta and sauces to the delicious grilled steaks and seafood. Always a homerun! Great job Ty and staff! See you guys again soon!

My friends and I only come here for their happy hours which is from 3−7pm. They have ½ off appetizers and $ 6 small plates which are perfect when your on a budget. Plus there is a nice selection for me to pick from with me being gluten free. This last time we had Clay and Jasmine has our bartenders we usually have Sarah. They are all super friendly and helpful and great for giving advise. I tried out their new lettuce wraps which was stuffed with chicken, olives, shredded cheese and a great raspberry dressing and a appetizer of their tomatoes and mozzarella with no bread. Both was delicious and I would ordered it again. I gave them five stars because I’ve never had a bad experience and everyone is always super friendly and they remember who you are.

Service was horrendous. Our server was rude, mumbled at us, barely came to the table to check on us and basically pushed us out of the restaurant. It got so bad we got boxes to box our food up immediately after it came out because of the service. Food was okay but NOT worth the price. We will not be returning. Spend your money somewhere else where they appreciate your business, the servers are nice and they make food worth eating because that is NOT the case at this establishment.

Only thing worth the money that I ate tonight was the bruschetta. We got the stuffed mushrooms. What exactly they were stuffed with is beyond me. Some sort of over seasoned sausage., un-​seasoned mushrooms, sitting in some pink tomato (?) sauce, again un-​seasoned. After one bite each we promptly sent them back.
I got the cavatappi Franco. It was literally a bowl of curly noodles with some stuff piled on top un cut chicken. One slice had 3 other slices connected to it lol. For 18 bucks I was expecting more. But. What ever. It was pretty dry so I had our server bring me some more olive oil (thankfully there was table salt and pepper on the table)
Speaking of server, this guy clearly (ok maybe not clearly but.) did a line of gak before he came to our table. He was sweating, sniffling every 3 seconds. kinda jittery. He had to go to the bar 4 times (no joke 4 times) to get what they had on tap. Because every time he came back he had either forgotten, or mixed up what was on tap… 50 bucks total for our bill… Not at all worth it… The remodel looked nice though

I was definately surprised by how good the food was. I have heard mixed reviews, but the food was amazing, service was good and all around decent place.

First time I’ve tried this restaurant and I have to say I was impressed. Although it is a chain, the ambiance has a more local feel, only thing missing were the large guys in the corner eating pasta. Very rich flavors and not waiting long for food or drinks.

I was in Savannah on business and stopped here for lunch. I had a real friendly server named Brandi W. who made sure I had everything I needed. The food was fabulous. They were redecorating the inside and although I had not seen it before, it was awesome.
Would recommend this spot as an A+++++.

The service was ok the food came out 2 out 3 right, an took a few minutes to fix. Then found a bone in the chicken soup and the portions where very small two bites and did not fit the description on the menu. I would say stick to dinner and not go to this location again.

It’s a good place for a date night out. It’s a little pricy, but it’s really nice inside, so I wasn’t surprised. My husband and I went here for Valentine’s day dinner date for the first time and the food was great, as well as the staff.

Shrimp and scallop linguine is my favorite! Always order extra basil and extra sauce! Yum!
My hubby always get spaghetti and meat sauce and meatballs it is delightful.
There meatball pizza is excellent although it’s not on the menu, they will make you pasta and pizza to order.
Jake is the best server ever! You won’t be disappointed if you request him he is very conscientious and he takes the time to get to know you. He is one of the reasons we go back.

Mike was our server tonight. We wanted to order chicken fingers for our 3 year old but some how ended up with grilled chicken breast. we very well may have said kids chicken instead of fingers (we aren’t really sure). Either way Mike was so great and got us the chicken fingers. The manager even came over and compt. her meal. They were all friendly and apologetic for the situation (even when it may have been our fault). The place was packed and Mike was prompt and on his game as a server. Thanks again for the great service! Our food was good too.

I was very impressed by both the service and the food! I try to eat at local restaurants rather than chains but I will go back to Carabas. The food was served in a timely manner and I had no complaints.

Believe it or not I once spend $ 400 bucks in here on Patron wow that was a long night anyway that’s in the past. I received a gift card for my birthday so we decided to stop in and the wait was an hour, really an hour are you kidding me. So we left of course and decided to come back another day. Fast-​forward a few days and we come back the service as good the food not so much. Maybe their were just having a bad night but everything was just bad. If I ever get another gift card to come here I think I’ll re gift it !

Food is tasty, service is good, but the portions are TINY!
For the price, portions should be at least double in size…

I have to say the food was good. Then I looked up from eating and seen mouse shit on the window seal and the booth next to me. Dust was everywhere on the booths. The Manager said it was from remodeling but when you see the marks from a tail in the dust with the droppings of poop. I will never eat there again.

I have been here on several occasions, the previous was just okay. Tonight was awesome, fettuccine weesie, The Damian, calamari, and mozzarella cheese sticks. All was great with a great server. Oh and I almost forgot, THE BLACKBERRY SANGRIA IS AMAZING! !!!

This location is the only Carraba’s we’ve eaten at, this visit being our 4^th or 5^th time. Each visit has been exceedingly worse than the last.
The food is salty, over priced, their dishes are all drowned in various sauces and although we’ve had good servers their hostesses are just rude. I considered rating this place with one star but the food is somewhat edible. DO NOT order the tiramisu, it was the worst dessert I’ve ever had. I also had either broken seashell or porcelain plate pieces in my Spiedino di Maré.
Please pass this place up. We only ate here this last time because most places in the area had already closed their kitchens for the night and we were really hungry.

We had Jennifer as our server and she was one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Since I was formerly a server during college, I’m a bit of a snob about service. She checked our drinks, knew enough not to place things right in front of my 13 month old (servers w/​o kids have no clue what this means) was friendly and understands hospitality. She knew her wine list and drink specials as well.
Carraba’s is a chain and their food tastes the same as it does at other locations. We’ve been to two others: Canton, MI and Novi, MI. So, the risk of bad food is low.
We went just before 5pm to avoid dinner rush and fed our boys before either one had a meltdown. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Ok, about standard for the chain. Ordered take out, only took about 15 minutes. Salad tasted great, I just wish there was more for $ 14. Portion seemed like a side salad. Ohh well
