We went on $ 2 Tuesday and it was awesome! Staff was very friendly and the food/bowling was cheap.

I’ve been to a few bowling alleys in my day and they’ve rarely been the cleanest places or anything close to fancy. That being said, AMF Lanes is not the worst or the best I’ve seen. It does the trick. The space is generally pretty clean except some lingering smells that haunt a few of the carpeted areas. Also, the bathrooms are often lacking paper towels and soap, if you care about that kind of thing it could be a problem. But I am a slight germaphobe and it’s no biggy… Bring hand sanitizer. Overall, I don’t feel filthy after going and playing a few games. The lane system works well and if you have a problem, the staff responds quickly to assist. Also, the staff consists of truly nice people. They are lacking in hustle with food and drinks though. I always wait a decent few minutes to order a drink at the bar which is pretty annoying when you see that it’s your turn to bowl and you continue to wait and wait for service. But, they are getting better at having the servers come to your table to take your order. I’m in my second year of participating in a league here and have witnessed improvement. The food isn’t terrible for bowling alley food. It’s definitely edible and if it’s fried it tastes good to me! Just don’t go for the healthier options. Let’s face it, you don’t go to the bowling alley to be healthy. Prices are fair and they have good specials during the week. The website is a great resource and the company promotes the usage of their surveys for promotions. The surveys are painless and take only a few minutes. Then you get a coupon. Overall — good place for fun and I plan to return for more bowling. I hope that in the future their bar service improves.

Kimberley and I went here to meet some friends and we had a really good time. Think we paid $ 28 for two pairs of shoe rentals and two hours of lane time. That seemed fair to me. The staff is very friendly and into their job. That’s a good thing. The bar has liquor as well as a draft beer selection and the pitchers have a metal device inside them designed to keep your beer cool while you bowl. I liked that. As far as bowling alleys are concerned, it was pretty clean. I didn’t get a chance to venture over to the pitcherspool tables and arcade, but this location does feature both as well. All told, we really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to coming back again.

We went bowling here and it was ok but it’s cost 53 $ for 2 games and 4 shoe rentals I think that’s NUTSJMO tho

Now I’m no league-bowling pro Fred Flintstone type but this is one of the best bowling lanes in Savannah as far as I’m concerned. The lane system has fun themes to pick from when entering your bowlers into the computer and it’s really user friendly, if a bit over the top compared to the days of a sheet of paper and a dull pencil in desperate need of sharpening. Staff is helpful and the food from concessions is both tasty and served in a timely manner as well, a serious problem for bowling alleys in the area. The bonus? The lanes keep track of the speed of your ball so if you’re like me and not totally serious about the sport, you’ve just been given a fun little mini game. I was consistently reaching 25mph. Awesome!
