The Nest at Palisades Cabins

This has by far been the WORST experience ever! After loosing my husband, I thought to give a courtesy call that I would not be there as my husband passed a week prior in a motor vehicle accident. After hanging up the phone, I immediately found that she had withdrawn the money out of my account. I found this disturbing, inhumane, and very uncompassionate as I was preparing to bury my husband in which was unforseen and something that neither one of us has control over. If i could have it, my husband and I would have been there the following week and seeing that this was a horrible accident that we had no control over, I dont feel as if I should still have to pay as again, IF HE WAS STILL HERE, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. I know that word of mouth is the best way to keep and maintain a business and due to her inconsiderate actions, I hope they never get another soul to stay there. It is all about the money as it is the root of all evil. I will NEVER refer them Nor will I EVER go there. You have just potentially lost a whole lot more that just a measly $ 360.
