I bought an 09 Grand Caravan from Rollx a couple years ago and had a good experience. Since then, I’ve requested help buying a full sized van, truck, PT Cruiser and Scion xB from them since I’ve had an easy purchase with them already. Well, I’ve been ignored every time. I even received an email on 11/​17/​2014 directly from Dan Delie and responded asking again. It’s now 12/​06/​2014 and have yet to hear back. I thought they’d like a repeat customer but I guess they don’t care about you after you’ve made a purchase.
