We are very lucky to have this resource in Southern Marin, I needed a gift for my dad 90years old still duck hunts! I thought maybe a trophy or nice gift, Marjorie has both When I entered the store I knew I hit pay dirt, She had a fine English Pewter flask with An etched flying duck, I’m an antique dealer it is finely done. Plus I could not believe she could do an engraving for me the same day, when she showed it to me I did not see the box And noticed the opening was small and would need a funnel, she opened the box to show Me the ingraveing and it included a shinny pewter funnel. Really fantastic all for under one hundred bucks, she help me pick the perfect font. Can’t wait till I need her again.

Marjory is very nice. Her shop is small and she has a lot of different trinkets. I called around to a bunch of different places in Marin to get a name tag made. Staples and office depot have over a week turnaround because it is not done in house. Marjory does it in house! I’m glad I was able to support a local business and that she could make my name badge on metal for $ 20 with same day turn around vs a plastic nametag for $ 11 from staples/Office Depot and waiting over a week. Thanks Marjory for your great work!

I had a very unusual engraving project to accomplish. I called several places and didn’t really know where to go. I got referred to Think Personal. Right off the bat Marjorie was ready for this job. She was positive and helpful from beginning to end. When we ran into issues with design or material, she was ready to go and not negative at all. I will definitely use think personal for every engraving project I ever have from this day forward. Rarely do you go into a business and bring them something unusual and have them so positive and ready to go. Marjorie seemed excited about my job and that was really great. Such a good experience I cant wait to go back.

What a lovely woman– and what neat stuff in her shop. Gifts can be tough sometimes and she has so many things than can be personalized.

The outside was a little intimidating(buzz to get in) but once inside Marjorie, the owner, was wonderful. I brought in a door knocker I bought from Pottery Barn. She helped with picking the font and warned me about the potential oxidization of the aluminum the knocker was made with. She said she’d have it ready the next day. I left it with her and awaited her call. I got a call 3 hours later saying it was ready for pick up. As it was so close to 5pm I asked what the hours were, and she said, while she closes at 5pm, she’d be happy to wait for me to get there to pick it up. She said she does engraving, etching, gold printing on to leather(I don’t remember what she called that) and had pieces in the store(silver frames, pendants etc) if you don’t have something already. And then there’s the price. I had figured somewhere around the 50 $ range for what I was having done. Nope. $ 15 «set-up» fee and $ 10 for the engraving. She said it was pretty simple so it didn’t cost as much as other projects. But WOW. Just thrilled with her! Door knocker came out great. Really perfect. Recommend to everyone.

I went by one morning when they were closed but picked up a business card with contact information outside. I called to find out about getting a gift engraved but was hung up on! The first time I thought maybe it was a bad connection and they couldn’t hear me to I tried back and got hung up on again! All I said was«hello, my name is…» I called a third time and asked for the manager only to be hung up on again. Don’t bother going to them because with that kind of customer service over the phone, I doubt their face-to-face interactions are any better.
