#16/2016 Rock Stars. Our lunch spot had no restroom(whaa?) and we had three antsy kids in need of one. One iced tea and three cake pops later & a break for our kids, we were on our way again. And the restroom was clean, you can almost always rely on Starbucks for that. Thanks for helping us. PS The kids said the cake pops were bomb.

Very nice SB — clean and cozy. The restroom is clean and has baby changing table(unusual for SB). Friendly staff and good choices of coffee and snacks.

Dirty! Unisex bathroom tile isn’t getting clean. There is graffiti over the door. The pastry counter has crumbs and looks unattended and at 3:30 pm on a Thursday it seemed slow enough for the whole place to be cleaner! Especially the bathroom! I know this store isn’t up to Starbuck’s cleanliness standards. Bought the pastry anyway because of the good service. Also I’m wondering why«Refreshers» are only a southern California thing? Will have to check before I leave the Bay Area?!

Great service and we stopped by pretty much every morning that we stayed in town. Never a line and very easy to order and get your drink.

Very disorganized staff. Got my order wrong. Forgot my husbands order. The lady who had paid before us still hadn’t gotten her order by the time we left. They messed up the order for the gentleman who came after us. A friend of the server came in while we waited so she stopped making drinks to go take care of her friends refill. There were 4 people working behind the counter but only 2 were«working». One person asked for an eggnog latte but the server didn’t know how to make it. This is a real black eye for Starbucks. The staff needs some retraining on how to make coffee and how to treat their customers.

Service was right on with the amount of people that were coming through this location. The store was clean and the trash wasn’t piling out of the stations like at other spots. The barista and the cashier were very friendly. Like most Starbucks locations, there are the campers that come with their laptops and plant themselves in for the long haul so seating can be challenging. I like the location and where it is because it’s not on the main drag so getting a drink isn’t as bad as it may seem. They do have limited outdoor seating so it might be good place to rest your feet or pick up a little snack for the kids when visiting the town.

The venue here was a lot bigger than expected, and I would say bigger than most other Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s a gigantic room with lots of space to move around and lots of seats, including some nice, comfortable couches if you want to just sit back and relax. I ordered a chocolate croissant and a hot chocolate, and my girlfriend ordered something called a foldover with ham and egg. I got my food relatively quick, within 3 minutes(all they have to do is heat it up), while my girlfriend got her order around 5 – 7 minutes later. We got here around 8−9pm before we were heading back to Sacramento, and it was really quiet. They were closing up shop so some of the chairs were being put up and they were sweeping the floor. The couches were pretty dirty, but that’s what happens when tons of people sit on them and their drinks drip from their sips. Overall the décor was nice, but the floors and the couches were less than clean. The food was fine — I could tell that the croissant wasn’t that fresh(it was the end of the day), but at least the hot chocolate was good. It was served at a drinkable temperature, and it stayed that way for a while which was good since it was pretty cold in Sausalito that night. The service was simple, not overwhelmingly bad nor memorably good. Parking is tricky around the area since it’s right in the middle between some houses on the hill and the main street where all of the downtown shops are, so it’s a gamble. 3 stars for the stay, and I wouldn’t mind coming back if I wanted something quick to eat.

No power outlets to be seen. What brainless exec decided that… I guess it’s about taking you cash and getting you out the door. UPDATE: they do have an outlet or two… however I had to hire Marco Polo to find it! Still subpar.

We were not expecting how cold it was going to be when we got across the bay, so we popped into the Starbucks so we could get a hot tea and use the restroom. I guess everyone else had the same idea because the line for the restroom was extremely long and the bathroom was messy. The baristas were very nice and suggested a few restaurants for us to dine at.

Service is fine. I believe this must be the crew that was taught to us caca beans instead of coco beans because my mocha sure tasted like it!

As far as the place, its a nice Starbucks. However the worker was rude. I politely asked if there was a restroom and he damn near cut me off saying«its closed» in a mean tone. Then, me and my family were enjoying ourselves a FEW minutes after it had closed, and the same guy comes over and rudely says«we’re closed». Both of these statements couldve been said much nicer, but whatevs! My drink was good so thats all that matters i guess!

The Playbook scheduled tasks have really helped my «home» Starbucks improve appearance, cleanness and efficiency. And it’s always nice to have my morning tea in a place where everyone makes an effort to know your name and your order. Cheers to my favorite baristas!

Mixed impression. Best Starbucks morning bun I have ever ordered, but the windows and floor are dirty, and there are spider webs on fixtures and furniture, and it is a long time into Halloween

I went here twice in the morning to drop my boyfriend off for work and the first time I came, the employees were talking to each other in front of me while I was waiting at the cash register and finally they stopped talking to take my order and to take my order incorrectly. I thought maybe it’s just a mistake. The second time, the same cashier lady in the morning shift took my order wrong again and was focusing on talking with her co-worker again. Bad customer service here, try a local café instead!

My favorite Bux this side of the GG Bridge. There’s a nice view of the bay(and hordes of tourists for people watching). The actual store itself has a nice ambiance. Sort of a cozy«oh I’m in a log cabin in the Sierra» feel. I’m not sure why that came to mind by way of analogy but it did. They didn’t have filters for the pour-over and I had already declined the Pike Place roast(I’m a huge hater of that abomination of a bean). Fortunately(likely due to good training) the barista was nice enough to offer me an Americano for the same price as the dreaded Pike. It did the trick. Everyone went home happy and buzzing.

Lame location as possible! You can clearly see that the douche bags working there could care less about what goes on in the place… its always dirty, same homeless having a converstation with themselves and that does not seem to bother the manager/employees. Theres better options for coffee in this town than this spot! Skip it!

We were visiting the area and found the drinks to be very well made but the condiment bar wasn’t stocked, the garbage was overflowing and on the tables, the floor was very dirty and the bathroom was just disgusting!

The bathroom at this Starbucks is disgusting. How can the bathroom be such poorly managed in such a lovely part of town? The coffee is similar to any other Starbucks. The service is also slow. Also the inside seating was limited. The overall experience was terrible. If you’re going to come in, do not go to the bathroom!

I purchase my coffee here regularly.(there is nowhere else in the area) Generally there are 3 to 4 employees behind the counter and it will still take one customer 5 minutes to get served! The service is extremely slow…

This is a beautiful spot and perhaps I’d have an attitude too but, the employees here barely smile. While other Starbucks the employees seem to love what they do! Their bathrooms were closed and WiFi sucks, thank God the coffee is standard!
