I had to choose a one-​star rating in order to post a review, but that’s far too generous. Terrible products and service and absolutely no accountability (the customer is always wrong). Patronize a different florist – one who wants to make customers happy, not disappointed and frustrated.

Overall, felt it was overpriced for what I got. First she quoted me $ 80, then I said to keep it simple and small and she still charged me $ 100. I swear I saw the same roses at Safeway later that day for $ 10.
