TERRIBLE — UNETHICAL COMPANY!!! My experiences with this company have been a nightmare! They came for a dishwasher repair, told me it was fine to use the dishwasher, but a chemical in the drain destroyed the dishwasher and everything in it. They took no responsibility, and did not even apologize! They blamed the appliance and said it was the manufacturer’s responsibility to replace it. The appliance company came and said the dishwasher was installed wrong by Neighborhood Plumbing, and after a month of passing the buck back and forth, I finally got a replacement dishwasher, but– Neighborhood installed that one wrong too! It leaked through the floor and into my laundry room below it. They fixed the leak, but tore out ceiling tiles and did not replace them. They also left me with the bill from running FOUR industrial fans at full power for 2 days straight. They cut corners, do shoddy work, and laugh all the way to the bank. Go anywhere else!!!
