Love it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They even have a Spanish speaking associate. Place was clean and Waite time was short.

Was out of state and wanted to upgrade phone and service and they made it as difficult as possible and ended up not doing it through them. I had phone delivered overnight from the main site to a friend locally that programmed it and forwarded on had it in 2 days. They didn’t even tell me that was an option.

After several visits to this business, I have decided I would rather drive 30 miles and go elsewhere with my cell phone needs. The reason? A very pretty, but rude representative whose name I failed to get. She has always been in the store when I’ve stopped in and not once did she ever smile or even say, «Hi. How can I help you?». No, instead, she lifts her head from whatever she was looking at on her computer in an annoyed stare, listens to what I need, and doesn’t say, «Okay, I can help you with that.» or «I will be right with you.» She just went back to looking at her screen and finally after about 3 minutes began to help us. Throughout her working with us, she carried herself like she just loathes helping people. Her facial expressions, lack of verbal communication acknowledging that we’re being helped, and over all snottiness will keep me away from this store in the future. I will add that eventually another woman working there overheard our exchange, jumped up, and in 5 minutes we were done. I did happen to glance at the screen of the rude woman and she had a shopping site pulled up! Not work stuff, but shopping! Very unprofessional.
