this place is ridiculous. My grandson went in for a haircut 10 – 15 min max. Not a soul in sight, 3 stylist standing there, state you need an appt or wait an hour. I will not be back but I will contact corporate

I used to really enjoy going to this location for my haircuts. As of late though, the business, not the quality of the cuts I have received has gone downhill remarkably fast. I had entered the salon about a month ago at approximately 9:30 a.m., just prior to school starting back into session. There was one child, approximately 10 years old getting a haircut and not a single person waiting. I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. I was told I couldn’t possibly be taken care of until the next available appointment at 4:30 p.m. and the reason was because it was back to school time. Okay, I could possibly buy into that theory had there not been two additional stylists in the back doing absolutely nothing. Now, I’m a simple haircut and I’ve never been in the chair for more than maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Plus, if they were so concerned about a huge onslaught of business related to back to school and had all these appointments supposedly waiting, why the hell didn’t they staff for such? Makes no sense! I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment at 4:30 and I declined. I figured if they were so busy as to turn away clients in this day and age, more power to them. But, I was curious as to exactly how busy they were. So, I wandered over to Subway and grabbed myself one of their breakfast sandwiches and sat back to watch. In the half hour I sat there increasingly fuming, the only person to enter the store was the aforementioned child’s parent who gathered him up and was on her way(about 10 minutes after I had walked out). Had they wanted to, they could have cut my hair 3 times by now and still not had one of their supposed appointment making patrons show up. Okay, so I chalked that one up to simply poor decision making on the part of the staff. I’ll try again at another date. So, today was my repeat effort. I entered the store at approximately 4:30 pm and there was one girl cutting the hair of a single customer and two men waiting. Neither of the men had much for hair and one was already a buzz cut who just wanted a quick trim. So, the young stylist tells me it’ll be approximately 20 to 30 minutes before I could get a haircut. Seems reasonable, I’ll wait. That is until someone calls out from the back room for this young girl to step back and speak to her. Well, this poor girl can’t, she’s the only one out front at the moment. So, the«voice» from the back simply yells out(real professional, I might add), I’m on lunch and(name unrecognizable) has a color job coming in. So this young stylist, whom I’ve never previously seen there, advises me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half before anyone would be able to take me. Really? Two people waiting and it’ll only be 20 to 30, voice from back room and it’s now an hour to an hour and a half? Clearly math isn’t a component of getting licensed. One of the guys waiting, he’d be done in 5 minutes and that’s WITH taking time to have a cup of coffee! So, we once again have Supercuts simply throwing business out the door either because someone is too damn lazy to get up and do her job, or piss poor staffing, but more probably a combination of the both. Simply amazing! I once again walked out the door, quite possibly for the last time. It’s a shame too, as this location is super convenient to where I live. More a shame since I’ve been going there since long before it was purchased by Supercuts as have my spouse and two children. So, there’s 4 customers that are gone and I can’t imagine that I am the only one who has been treated this way as of late! I know I’ll be sharing this with anyone I know who is thinking of going there. You know the old saying from the commercials, «…and they’ll tell two friends, and they’ll tell two friends». Traveled the 4 miles to Great Clips and was seated within 6 minutes of getting out of my car. Haircut was just as good as what I receive at Supercuts!

If I could give no stars I would. Everytime I take my daughters for a haircut I am unsatisfied, its always un even. So this time my dear sister who is a hairstylist but lives out of town took them for me cuz well maybe just maybe she can explain better to them how to cut it, a simple bob on a 6 year old with straight hair is all I’m asking for. Right off the bat the young lady is doing it wrong stacking my kids hair — shes 6 she doesnt need trendy hair— and when my sister tells her shes doing it wrong the girl has the nerve to tell her if u r a stylist why arent you cutting her hair? I was furious when my sister told me she said that and will not be taking my girls back. Maybe super cuts needs to re train these hairstylist not only how to cut hair straight but how to speak to customers. If I am paying for a certain haircut I expect that hair cut not the crappy uneven job she did on my kid

I’m extremely picky with my hairstylists. I like finding people who know exactly what I want and make it look even better. I always get«out of the ordinary» haircuts so I need someone who keeps up with the hair trends. Ashley is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. Not only does she do a great job but she’s also super easy to talk to which makes my appointment a lot more fun to be at! Try Ashley and you’ll love her instantly!

Valerie and Ashley do a wonderful job and take the time to understand your needs. I’ve been going to this salon since it opened, and am very happy with their service. It is a great advantage to call ahead or use the app to make an appointment reducing your time in the waiting area.

Came in, they said fifteen minutes. Been waiting here fortyfive, they’ve taken clients that came in after me ahead of me. Annoying music in the waiting area. Really unprofessional conduct going on in here from the blonde chick. She seemed really unphased with me wanting to write a negative review over this incident. Basically I’m getting the ‘ew you look poor’ treatment. The waiting room smells like poo bad. However the other girl working tonight was an absolute doll. She took good care of me.

Horrible, every time I go to get my hair colored the price changes. Not going any more. I can get it cheaper at a better salon and cleaner salon. I think Tabatha needs to come in and change this place around. They use to have a great stylist named Christy. She was awesome. Overpriced for the quality you get. Oh and the one girl always bitches about her hours and how it isn’t fair. She seems like the tattletale of the bunch.
