I took my wife there so she can shop, I was being a good patience husband as she looked at everything in the store. I was with my brother as well. I don’t care for the guy section at Rue 21. I don’t wear skinny jeans nor dress like Usher. I am not «emo» I am a real man and real men don’t shop at Rue 21. I was waiting for my wife near the dressing room. My brother walks next to me and we both wait for my wife. She comes out an hour later, it seems. The manager who looks old enough to be my mom, who shouldn’t be working there made a crack calling my brother & I crossdressers. I didn’t think it was funny. I would of cracked this old bag across the face but I respect the elderly. She thought she was funny, I made a few wise comments after and she walked away. A store that insults there business, real professional. My wife wont shop there anymore, ill give the place six months before its a starbucks.

I was surprised that I liked this place. It has the air of a Tellos, or something of that ilk.
It took a bit of searching to find things that were less trashy — but the hunt is part of the excitement, right? There are racks and racks of inexpensive clothes. And if you wander over to the other side there are handbags, shoes and accessories.
I found a few shirts that I could wear out for a night out.
