McDonald’s

We went in for a quick bite. The staff seemed confused by our order. It has a self serving fountain area, but they insisted on knowing what we were having to drink. We were double charged for drinks and given the wrong sizes. Had to demand the sauces for the nuggets in the first place and had to argue to get the right about for the order we placed. The food was cold and stale. I hope someone from corporate sees this review as the staff here is doing a tremendous disservice to the brand.
Basically if you’re headed north on Route 1, go to the BK next door. They can’t possibly be any worse.

Rudest employees ever. Have gone there 3 times (out of convenience) and never again! All times were in the drive thru both windows they were rude. I find it hard to believe they get away with that type of service. Never again

Woe is me!!! Seriously I try ordering a (blue shirt???) college football (fake soccer) burger from this kid that looks like he feeds top super hard. He replied «I didn’t get help»???

Wow!!! The rudest staff ever! Never take the order correctly… no please… no thank you… to busy talking to each other !! Never go there! And dirty! Gross!!!

The short little Mexican woman at the first window of the drive through is so rude. I was on my lunch break from work, didn’t bring my credit card, but had change in my car. I was 30 CENTS SHORT. 30 CENTS. I asked her if that was ok, and if it wasn’t to take something off that I ordered. She says, exact words, «why you no come to mcdonalds with no money» with a disgusting look on her face. «You no have money why you come here.» Wait, did she really say that to me when I’m probably paying for her welfare and 10 kids? It bothered me so much that I called them and spoke with a manager named Carlos. All he did was apologize and that’s it. If you want bad service and the Mexican woman to get your order wrong because she doesn’t understand English, come here.

I’ve been here several times for ice coffee with hazelnut flavor and they always make good.

Woe is me! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, so I have to write about it. On way back from beach my son and I (and on this trip an extra friend) will always stop at a McDonald’s for a traditional Reeses Mcflurry. a nice calorie consuming treat after a busy day of frisbee and swimming. We always get extra reeses (which is an extra charge for each) to up our already tanking blood sugar in a super smack down hurry. The last time we went, our disappointment rested in the fact that the request was not honored (extra chocolate fix), even though I was charged. I accredited this to the «they always beeeeep you at the drive thru» mantra. But, on this sunny day, the experience I had was laden in a twilight zone type aura. Upon arriving, we decided to park and go in so that we could make sure our tasty frozen treats met the higher standing we held them at. The cashier was pleasant enough and processed the order with no problem, extra charge included. The food we ordered was ready in a flash, but we waited as the blue shirt clad employee (manager?) labored over our snacks (weeded? Confused?). After two minutes he placed them on the counter and I looked down to find that each cup was filled only half way. There were extra reeses, but the cup was filled with just enough vanilla soft serve that when you picked up the spoon which was placed inside the cup you just stared at the depressingly empty bottom. Typically, I tend to walk away before complaining, almost all of the time, but this was our second visit and my frozen frappé wasn’t going to be a fail again! I motioned for Mr. Blue, hoping that once he saw what I was seeing he would capture the oversight and add more of the vanilla cream. but instead he replied, «yah, I did that so they wouldn’t over flow.» Now I’m scratching my head, because there is at least a good five inches before that is even close to possible. Being in the industry I’m guessing the real reason is that he’s almost out of soft serve and has absolutely no idea or desire on how to make it. but I just paid close to 10 bucks for half a cup in each! He sees the confusion on my face. probably because I’m trying to figure out how I lost more ice cream to have extra reeses. That’s like me saying I used less vodka so I could put in more ice. huh??? Exactly. He surrenders and takes the cups back to add more soft serve, but not before he asks me to hold all three ice cream dripping spoons. Ummm forget it? «You sure??» he quips, hoping I oblige. I take the three back and get halfway to the door before I stop and think, no way forget it. I want what I paid for, just like everyone else does. I go back to the counter and call him over. «I’ll hold the spoons, but I want the proper amount of soft serve. You can see the bottom of the cup, the ice cream doesn’t touch the sides and it’s only half full. For 10 dollars. I’m sorry. I can’t walk away from that.» He takes the three back. I hold the spoons but he goes over to the sink, far away from the soft serve machine, and I swear I see him dumping some out of one cup. I stop him and ask what he’s doing. «I’m just mixing it better.» You’ve got to be kidding me, I think. «Can you just add what’s supposed to be there so I can leave?» He finally does. but just as I guessed when I get home, there’s hardly any reeses in one of the cups. The fries were also old and the chicken mcnuggets tasted refried. obviously the only messege he’s conveying to his staff is laziness at best. For better mcflurries, the McDonald’s on the other side of rte 1, closer to Peabody, always rocks.

Good food, fast and it tastes amazing. This one looks cool so go there and McDonald’s for life.

It’s open 24 hours and it’s one of the bigger more modern interiors, but that’s the end of anything good I can say about it. We came in here late because it was all that was open. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged. A girl who had seen us enter and then disappeared finally reappeared to take our order. No greeting or anything. The dining room was absolutely filthy. One of the TVs was blaring Adult Swim. How calming. Then we waited for our food. And waited, and waited, and waited. People who ordered after us are picking up their orders. Finally get the food. The burger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Bleh.

Needed something to drink and picked up a couple plain cheeseburgers.
Nicely handled, reasonably quick service. Just what you expect at Mickey D’s.
Parking is plentiful.
Open 24 hrs (which is why I stopped at 1:25 am)

I’ve only ever been through the drive-​thru at this particular McDonald’s, and I am none too pleased that the first drive-​thru window is at the most awkward curve/​angle in the world. Your car isn’t even pulled straight yet, and you already have to pay for your order. Who was responsible for the construction of this McD’s? Shame on you!
But, other than that flaw, they have always been prompt and accurate with my food order, though their fries are always a little on the warm and soggy side.

–2 stars for stupidity, +1 back for being the crème de la crème of McDonald’s. I hand the guy a coupon for a buy one get one chicken sandwich. With my change he gives it back to me. I tell him to keep the coupon, as I am an honest guy… He leaves it on the counter unaware he probably needs it to balance out his cash drawer. Yup stupid employees bring this place down.
BTW this McDonald’s is 24 hours in the lobby and drive thru. Great since I am embarrased by my drivers side window that does not go down.
As long as I’m telling secrets about myself. I can’t pronounce the word «roar». No I’m not drunk… not yet.

I know theres two on rte 1 — this is for the 1S. Went in there this weekend and absolutely GROSS!!! The bathroom smelt so bad & there was shit all over one of the bathroom stalls. One of the employees went in there before I coudl tell her & she came back to the counter, made a face & then walked out back.
Then ordering the lady could not understand english.
Come on!!!
