Well I ordered my food through the doodler app around 12:30 it is now 2:10, so I called and a man answered the phone, and I said«hi, I ordered food around 12:30 and was just wondering-» and the man cuts me off and said what did you order, I proceeded to tell him and before I’m done with my sentence he tells me «yeah well you didn’t call here must be the wrong place» so I replied(still calm with him at the moment) «well sir, I ordered it on the foodler app and-» he cuts me off for a third time and says«oh well I don’t even look at those they’re all fucked up» he just swore to a customer and was extremely disrespectful the entire way through. And now I’m starving and have to go into work without having anything to eat. I will never ever order from this place. Awful at handling even the slightest of issues, If he wasn’t so rude I probably Would have just put my order in over the phone but I didn’t even get an apology from him for having to wait almost 2 hours to eat. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I also preferred it when it was Super 7. But I live nearby and come here for steak subs, which have been just fine, and reasonably priced. Some sub shops in the area are charging $ 7+ for a sub, and they are nothing special. I like Lincoln’s. There is a $ 5.00 Monday night pizza special that is Pick Up or Dine-IN only. I get this periodically and for $ 5.00, it’s a quick and easy supper on a hot night. I can’t address other food items, but everyone feels the quality is slipping. I’ve never had rudeness from the staff. I’m not sure they will be able to stay in business; I do not see the crowds in there like I used to when it was Super 7.

This place has the absolutely worse food, I can’t believe they expect to be paid for it. Burnt steak, stale bread, the pizza barely cooked. Do yourself a favor stay away

Original older sold and moved on. New owners have kids running the place. They kept the name and tricked me. Food was alright but nothing compared to the original owners food. I will not be a regular.

I order regularly through Foodler and the food always arrives on time and tastes good. I’ve had a couple of issues. The first the took care of an item they were sold out of by calling and making a replacement. However, there have been times where they bring canned soda when I order a bottle(which costs more) and I have to go through Foodler for a refund. However, I have yet to find a pizza place in the area that doesn’t mess up orders now and again. As long as they make it right, I will continue to use them.

The new ownership is terrible. It used to be fantastic back when it was super seven. Apparently they don’t want business not customers. I just called to order the Monday special for delivery. A cheese pizza for 5.00 and I was planning on ordering two. Didn’t even get to how many pizzas I wanted before the guy was telling me it was for pick up only. I explained that nowhere on the menu did it say pick up only. He replied«yeah I know but it’s for pick up only.» I replied by saying there are plenty of other places doing Monday pizza specials.(Everywhere around me) to which he said«whatever. Good luck with that and hung up». Very poor attitude and customer service. I’m not going to fight to give some mediocre sub place my business. Won’t be too surprising when owner ship transfers again.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas that were left sitting on the counter while the guys working there did nothing, didn’t let me know they were done so I was left waiting for an hour before anyone noticed. Awful customer service. Never again.

Wow! New ownership !! my friends and I went to Lincoln Ave Pizza and we all ordered different items, I had the steak and onion w/cheese and a small order of fries, my friend order a small cheese pizza and my body John ordered the chicken caeser salad while we all shared an order of zing wings !! LOVEDIT !! fresh, flavorful, and tasty, all for about $ 25+ hahaha !! WHERE in the world? the best part wasn’t the good prices but the FLAVOR of the food !! we’ll be coming back for sure !! GOODLUCK to this NEW ownership !! give them a try !!

Oh how I long to find a great new place, but this is definitely not it. I ordered from here today and I was soooooo disappointed. I got a small chicken salad sub, a slice of pizza and a small order of chicken. Before you say it, no I did not eat all that at once… ha ha. The sub was part of a lunch special that came with a bag of chips and a drink. The sub was gross. The chicken salad had these huge chunks of celery, which I loathe. The chicken on the sub was huge and dry and the bread was clearly stale. The pizza tasted like it had been out lingering around the kitchen for days. As far as I know, wing zings are the same as wing dings, they are just spicy. Nowhere in the Theresa J. handbook does it say that this should be wing dings soaked in hot sauce… sigh. To top it all off, I was given a regular Pepsi when I clearly asked for diet. Yeah yeah so what I ordered fattening food. I am diabetic and the last thing I need in my life is a regular Pepsi. The only thing good was the potato chips, so I will say that warrants the 1 star that Unilocal makes me give terrible places.
