Amateur operation. Paid additional fee for TV removal. They took my money but left the TV. No response to my voicemail requesting refund. Keep the 15 $, i’ll use someone else next time.

This company is absolutely incompetent. We called to have our bag removed, and they claimed they could not remove it because the bag handles did not touch after they moved things around so it it would appear that there was more than was actually in it. My father made a bet with them that if I could make the handles touch, then he would reduce the price. Sure enough, I could. Afterward, the guy refused to pick up the bag until January 15th and told him if he keeps it up, he will make it February 15th. They just wanted to overcharge us from the start. We will be finding another company who is actually capable of doing their job.
