Gerard’s iOS & Mac Support

Had an issue with my web browser that was stuck and wouldn’t allow access to the internet. I spent a lot of time trouble shooting the problem with online help and could not fix the problem. Called Gerard, he took a look at it remotely and the problem was fixed within minutes. Not only did he fix the problem, but then checked my system configurations to make sure everything else was okay too. I will be using Gerard for any future issues that pop up. I highly recommend his services for your computer issues.

Gerard did a great job reformatting my MacBook Pro. I lost my computer while on vacation and dug out my boyfriend’s old 2008 mac but was unable to reformat it myself. After calling around town, Gerard was the most reasonably priced and he told me he could get the job done the same day so I brought my Mac to him right away.
Not only did he reformat the Mac and reinstall the OS, he also installed some other apps to make my life easier and gave my boyfriend some great advice for a problem he was having with his own Mac. He also could have charged me for more time than he did, which I definitely appreciate! Would absolutely recommend him and plan on using him again as needed.

Gerard just saved me a bunch of time and money in resolving my home internet issues.
I don’t live in a large house, but because I have interference issues with my WiFi router, I have very spotty Internet in my home office (and I work from home) and my bedroom upstairs. I’ve tried extending my network with a WiFi router and that didn’t work because that extending router was experiencing the same interference issues in getting a signal from the main router.
I was telling Gerard in passing that I was going to have my ISP come out and install another modem, and I was all ready to go. This option would have cost me about $ 150 between the installation fee and purchasing the new modem. Gerard suggested that I reconsider this because it would isolate my office computer from my main network (and I wouldn’t be able to print, use Apple’s hand-​off, or see network files), and it’s not a great home networking solution. Instead, he recommended that I purchase the «TP-​LINK TL-​PA4010KIT AV500 Nano Powerline Adapter Starter Kit, up to 500Mbps» for $ 37 and turn my powerlines into conduits for my network.
I just installed the wired Powerline Adapters and they work like a charm. Gerard just saved me over $ 110 and a ton of hassle dealing with a walled-​off computer.
Working with Gerard on this has been great. He has a true passion for technology and followed up with me to make sure it all worked out. He really cares about delivering good service and making other people’s lives easier with technology hacks.

Very professional. Just this week we had a malware problem and Gerard had no problem coming over to the house after my panicked call to him and again 2 days later. What a pro. Will be using his services from now on!

Anyone who knows me, knows I love technology but hate setting it up. Can’t tell you how many devices I’ve screwed up setting them up wrong or short cutting something. After my last misadventure, I found Gerard when looking for local Apple support and he is everything I needed… knowledgeable, fast, resourceful and inexpensive. He helped set up several iPads, a MacBook and an iPhone 5s. Really helpful and courteous. Not enough stars.
