I would never ever come back here ever again. I came in for a mani and eyebrows cleaning, and Sophia who claimed that she is the«owner and manager» literally took off half of my eyebrows that took me too long to grow, and when i explained my concern she started arguing with me and acting so defensive, saying that she is a professional and she knows what she is doing. I was so fucking pissed because I only needed some cleaning. I called in the next day to make sure there was an other person to talk to and to give a feedback for the bad customer service, I’m not sure if she was the one picking up the phone, all of what I got was«ok, thank you for calling, bye». I worked in customer service for years and I understand that mistakes happen all the time, but being disrespected is something that no one will tolerate, and if you have bad manners and you lack discipline in your behavior, you should not be working with people at all. This was my first and last time ever coming to that spa.

I had a bad experience previously with this salon but a few years later I was in a bind and decided to try it. I’m glad I did. They are just as good as my regular salon, have better hours for my schedule and much much more of a relaxing atmosphere than where I’m used to going. Actually no kids during the times I was there and today everybody seems to bring their kids. The cost is double of what I have been paying but since this is my only vice, I figured I’m worth it. At this point I have been going long enough to say I am keeping this as my only salon because they have consistently been above my expectations. One more item worth mentioning, they are clean and they sterilize!!!

Always enough people no waiting. Nice massaging chairs easy to get in an out. Relaxing music.

Sophia did my waxing and she is great! Hardly any pain and price was very reasonable.

I’m sitting in the chair here at Eternal Nails, 45 minutes after I’ve arrived without anyone attending to the cold water my pruned feet are soaking in. This is the third time this has happened to me in a row now, and my mother and I joke about how frustrated this actually is. As the woman finally comes to help me, she doesn’t fix the water, but instead starts rubbing the salt scrub on my dry legs(as a person who has extremely dry skin, and you can tell by just looking) this really effing hurts. My sister and I have both had infected cuts from this place that we have both been on antibiotics for. I don’t know why I continue to come back. The staff clearly does not make the time for their customers, throws them in chairs and let them sit there for a long time and then tries to sell every possible add on that doesn’t do much because they aren’t trained in it. I should get this shitty service for free.

Always trying to sell you other services and never any hot water or towel’s and a very unprofessional staff. They should not be speaking another language since you do not know if they are talking about you or another client. Not a relaxing place.

Got a pedicure and gel manicure. The woman doing my nails was terrible. She left me with a manicure and pedicure that it looks like a 5 year old did it. She could tell as she was doing it that i was pissed because she kept looking at me and telling me nice color nice color. dont go there. i have gone to many places and for soemthing so simple, the did the absolute worst job i have ever seen. each one of my nails is a different length and my toe nails were filed CROOKED!!! Thank goodness it is still winter!

When I get a mani/pedi I only ask a few simple things 1– New Nail polish, New colors for the season, and yes trendy colors 2-Magazines, new maggies, gossip, fun maggies 3-A Clean salon Here’s the lowdown the nail polish was old, I mean to the point where the nail tech put acetone in the nail polish bottle right in front of me, not happy about that. I had no choice to read Allure June 2009, ummm yea that was fun Why would they not have new magazines? It makes no sense to me. It was clean, I did want to add that. Thats why I’m giving it 2 stars.

would not recommend this joint! My nails were ruined. I even had to go back the next day and have them re-done(didn’t hep much though). They also quoted me $ 40 less than what I actually had to pay(full set + pedi for $ 100-CRAZY!) What did my nails look like? Thick, square and they had waves of polish on top. I asked for thin, round, and smooth!!! Just goes to show you should never judge a book by it’s cover-the salon looks great outside and in, but the quality doesn’t work.

I’m never going back there. Sometimes I give places more credit than I should, and always give somewhere I’ve never been a shot. However I’m going to stick to my salon(or myself) from now on whenever I get anything done. No fucking shit they attempt at up-selling their services(the two ladies who have reviewed this place before me are telling the absolute truth.) My best friend and I walked in today out of the blue and were seated right away. The pedicure station was running cold water and they kept coming on over to dump hot water from the sink into the tub. Everything went well until they asked me if I wanted a spa pedicure. She explained to us that it would«get the dead skin off and blah blah blah.» Since every pedicure I EVERGOT included this, I agreed. I’m not fucking joking when I say sketchy. First she asked me if I wanted a parrifan wax and I declined. I am a licenesed cosmotologist and know for a fact that parrifan is horse shit and doesn’t do a goddamned thing to your feat. It’s almost like a fake service people use to make the skin soft, with no aesthetic value what-so-ever. Secondly I asked before hand for a polish change due to an equally shitty manicure I recieved on Saturday that had the shelf life of two whole days before chipping away. The lady asked me if I wanted a manicure and I also declined that as well. Then she took the cotton with remover she used on my fucking feet, and took the polish off on my hands. Filed the nails even though they didn’t need it, and left them rough and unbuffed. She didn’t even remove all the polish. At this point, everyone is probably wondering why I describe in detail everything than went on. So you know how ridiculous this experience was. Thanks. Continuing on. After all that took place she then asked me if I wanted a brow wax. Now why the fuck would I want a parrifan and brow wax? For the third time I declined. They also asked my BFF sitting next to me. We looked at each other like WTF. We finished up shortly and I happened to glance at the clock. We weren’t even there 25 minutes and we being shooed out of the door. I’m guessing it was perhaps they were done failing at throwing services that we weren’t bitting at. Then we get the bill. I’m not a cheapskate by any means… but there is no way in hell I can even grasp how one could charge what they did for the crap that was recieved. I happened to look back at where we both sat and saw all the implements they used. Cotton and towels… just thrown on the floor. Even at the side of the desk there were dirty, used, wet towels hanging out. Good lord. Fucking nasty. Five hours later the cheap ass non-OPI polish they used peeled right off. This place can go to hell.

DONOTGOHERE. It’s not worth the russian roulette of if you are going to get a. ripped off, b. a bad nail job. or c. get burned. Yes, I had a wax on my face and I was burned, still hoping the blemish goes away. I kept giving them another chance until they burned my face, now I will never be back.
