Dunkin’ Donuts

People are nice. but waiting to long in line for service. There doesn’t seem to be enough help.

I have to say, it takes a lot for me to write a review, especially a bad review, but this is probably THE WORST service I have ever received anywhere! My daughter & I had just had our nails done around the corner & decided to grab lunch & coffees at the Dunkin Donuts today, Monday 8÷4÷14.
Upon entering a young man said it was 2:05pm & he really shouldn’t be there, then he discouraged us from ordering sandwiches & hash browns, because he did not want to make them. Then he yelled to a young woman, Nicole, to make them. Nicole was EVEN WORSE! She yelled that couldn’t find the rolls, turkey or bacon. When she did find the bacon, it was sealed in a package. She yelled that she couldn’t open it, couldn’t find a knife… THEN proceeded to open it with her TEETH! I am still honestly in a state of shock!
I strongly suggest that management talk to the employees at their establishment! In a town, where their are Dunkin Donuts on every corner, I can honestly say that I will NEVER come to THIS ONE ever again!

This is «my» Dunkin Donuts. I go here atleast 5 times a week. The managers in here are super nice. They always get my order right and have a smileon their face. They are all very personable.
