Ummm it’s Burger King… what was I thinking? I’ve been coming to this location for years. Ever since I was kid. This was the ideal spot if you wanted some BK. Mark my words I will never EVER come here or to another Burger King again! Seriously. I got served raw food. Look at the pictures. I got served raw food during the afternoon rush. I just came down rt.1 after playing in a pickup hockey game at Hockeytown. I was hungry and wanted some Burger King. I got the food home then started to eat it and discovered the raw uncooked chicken. That’s not just unprofessional it’s deadly. I was bullshit. I went back. I was cool about it. I told the cashier look my sandwich wasn’t cooked. Cashier got the manager. He flipped out on his cooking staff, right infront of me. It was good to see that. I didn’t ask for my money back at that point. He offered me a new sandwich and I said no thanks. He did refund me for the sandwich. However what got under my skin was how he kept making excuses to me. The manager kept going into detail how the chicken sometimes get stuck together in the frier and it doesn’t cook. He must’ve told me the same excuse three times with me saying each time«you still served me raw food.» I quoted chef Gordan Ramsey«you could’ve killed someone.» Obviously I didn’t scream it or use a British accent but he got my point. Very shocked and angry and til this day I refuse to eat at any Burger Kings. It’s one thing to get you’re order messed up or have bad service but to get sick or die from a tender crisp sandwich, not worth it.

I wanted to write this review mainly to bring attention to the bizarre décor of this specific location, but I ended up having quite a telling experience during my recent visit. While nearly all chain restaurant locations are identical, this one is channeling a mid-90s formal dining room. I was sad to see that the portraits of smiling fruits and veggies that once adorned the walls are now gone, but the new drapes and wallpaper are nice. It just doesn’t feel like a Burger King inside. It’s rogue. Anyway, I ordered inside, but the computer system was down. They couldn’t process cards and their ordering system wasn’t showing orders to the kitchen. While I wasn’t in a hurry and they certainly weren’t busy, the staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They acted like it was the end of the world. Someone dropped an f-bomb from out back. I was understanding of the computer glitch, but their behavior was unacceptable. I did appreciate the free small fry that they gave me while I waited for my sandwich though. The sandwich itself(tendergrill chicken sandwich) had too much mayo. When I got home, I added a heaping portion of spring mix to it to make it something a little more substantial. This is probably why I don’t eat fast food often. It’s a below average location, but I don’t expect much from any fast food chain in general.

First time here and last time. Simply stated. Cold French Fries and a burger that was so dry that it must have been cooked hours earlier. No pickles on the burger… Really!!. No ketchup in the bag or salt. They don’t ask or give it to you anymore at anyburger joints. Bad very bad

So irritated with the staff here. I ordered chicken fingers for me and my 3 sons. They got the kids meals and i got a 20 piece. They gave me a total of 2 sweet and sour sauces for my 4 meals and charged me .25 per sauce after that. Not worth the fight but i wont be back.

Nine hours after a pretty okay meal of burgers(yummy, and delivered speedily and accurately via the drive-thru), I was awakened at 3AM by terrible stomach pains. I thought I had appendicitis for a few minutes, as I lay in the dark slowly breathing and wondering which of my roommates to wake up to drive me to the hospital. Instead, I lurched to the bathroom, hunched over and moving slowly, and then unloaded a ferocious dump as, slowly, my bowels un-knotted and the pain subsided. I highly recommend eating here if you are depressed, because the tasty food will momentarily lift your spirits and then later the gastrointestinal agony will make you want to live again.

To be fair, I haven’t frequented this place in quite awhile – as I’m trying not to eat this sort of garbage anymore. But the thing I noticed in the past was the place smelled funny. And I’m not talking about the smell of some kind of industrial-strength cleaning products either. Just a weird, unclean odor that permeated the place. And I would agree with others that their drive thru service sucks, as well. Again, it’s possible that things have improved – but I wouldn’t bother. The food was borderline edible.

Pretty electronic menu boards, slow as heck service, and a very large, hairy, and dripping with sweat weekend manager. This would have yielded you 3 stars. –1 star for failing to salt the fries.

I’ve never been to a worse Burger King. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. The workers look and act miserable. They leave their personal effects in public reach when all they would have to do is close the door. I was trying to inform the manager of this obvious security flaw, but he ignored me and continued to help customers at the drive through. The whole staff needs replacing if you ask me.

I’ve never had a problem with this location before — but my recent visit left me very, VERY angry. For medical reasons I have to be on a gluten and dairy free diet. All we needed to ask was wether the fries had a dedicated cooker(only fries are cooked in it). I read online that Burger King has gluten-free french fries. We couldn’t talk to the person over the intercom, and when we got to the front the lady there was very rude — immediately saying we should go inside(she said there was a long line — but if she would actually listen to me, my question would have been asked and done with in a second.) We asked if they had a dedicated cooker, just for the fries. I specifically asked if they also cook onion rings in it. Her first response was yes; I reacted disappointed, about to leave, when she quickly said no — it’s a dedicated cooker. Her answer was so quick, that I thought she was merely mistaken when she first spoke. So I got the fries. Later that day, at another Burger King Location with my sister, we go inside and ask if they have a dedicated cooker as well.(You need to ask every time you visit) I asked if they cooked onion rings, or hashbrowns in it – and she said yes. That means — it’s completely contaminated, and not good for a gluten-free diet. There’s always the chance that they operate and cook things differently, between these two stores — but I now look back on that woman’s answer, and believe she lied to me. That makes me so angry. I’m on this elimination diet to pin-point allergies — but if someone with a much more serious condition, like celiac disease, was lied to like that!!! DAMNIT! This is NOT acceptable behavior — to lie to the customer like that.

20 minutes in line(in-store) to order a burger and fries and a drink. There were only two people in front of me! Slowest service ever in a fast food restaurant. When picking up my items I couldn’t help but say«that was a very long wait for a small order» and not even an apology. Keep away.

The drive-thru here is the slowest drive-thru of all time. I wouldn’t have written this review if this were a one time thing. Otherwise, everything else is your standard Burger King.
