I’m not sure when the photos were taken, but Green looks nothing like that now (Dec 2011). The shop is crammed with dramatically overpriced modern furniture and accessories. Be careful to test out what you are buying — lots of it is broken junk. The store is messy, too packed with carelessly arranged furniture to even navigate your way through the store, much less the upper & lower levels. I have seen the same pieces on display there for the last two years — the proprietor needs lower prices and refresh his inventory.
Like so many other shops in Saugerties, this has potential but doesn’t live up to it. Clean up your act, Green. Move out the old stuff, organize your wares in an appealing manner and then maybe I’ll be back, and recommend you to others.

Lovely eye candy. Window shopping is all I can do, the prices are weekender-​steep; but the view is quite charming. 50s-​60s modernist heaven.
