Just had a great dinner here with my parents. The food was terrific and the portion size spot on. The service was warm and friendly. The recommendations given by the staff (and I suspect we were waited on by the owners, as was everyone) were very helpful. They navigated food allergies and picky eaters gracefully and kindly. My parents really had a great time, which means I did too. I also noticed that the table of seven people in dining room were all as happy and cared for as anyone else there. I am definitely coming back the next time I am up this way.
As I side note, I noticed some Unilocal!reviewers gave this restaurant low marks and I really can’t understand why. It was really great. I can’t figure it out. I can only assume they walked in with a bad mood. I had a great time on a Saturday night in peak leaf-​peeping season with a 6:45pm reservation and a full dining room.
Also, try the sorbet. Delicious. If you want the coconut, let them know early. And the pasta with the entrée — ah! The sauce was so great! I had the sole. Delicious.

The Italian food was tasty: ordered Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Francese and Veal Parmigiana. They were all tasty and a good value. The service was good too with the restaurant being 70 percent filled.

Ate dinner with two members of my family tonight. Bruschetta wasn’t classic bruschetta they add cheese and a thicker bread, didn’t like it. I orders a $ 16.99 chicken parm dish and my aunt ordered a $ 21 veal dish and we had to share a bowl of pasta? For those prices why wouldn’t we get pasta with our dishes? Food was good except the bruschetta and the pasta issue. Very pricy. Tempted to give 2 stars but gave 3.

Every year for my birthday i make it a tradition to go horse back riding then eat here. Traditional Italian, chef prepared ingredients fresh from his garden in the sumer time. Very nice service, clean. Plus Chef Franco grow up in the NYC area. Love this little spot.

Very frustrating! we waited for 1 and half and besides that the staff was very slow and rude! Never coming back!!!

My husband and I just had the best dinner in years at Emiliani’s. I had superb salmon and he had veal. The soup (roasted acorn squash) was great; the salad was fresh, the tiramisu was the best. And the price was so fair. We drove 40 miles one way to this restaurant and will do it again often.
The owner cares about all his guests and the wait staff were great.

Amazing Italian food! Everything from the drinks, to the appetizers (calamari and bruschetta), entrees to the desserts tasted excellent. The food came out hot, and the dessert — strawberry mousse — tasted fresh. The servers were very attentive and accommodating and the restaurant had a cozy but European vibe. Still looking forward to eating my leftovers from there. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

We used to enjoy this restaurant, but the last few visits were very disappointing. The final time, we had a dinner reservation with a friend to celebrate his birthday. We arrived a few minutes early and were told there would be a one hour wait. When we said we had a reservation, we were told, very rudely, that all the people at the bar (and there were many) also had reservations. No attempt was made to accommodate us in any way. We left and have not returned. On previous visits, while we were seated on time, the food was average, so I guess we didn’t miss much.

LOVE this place. We have eaten here quite a few times and have never been disappointed! Just wish the prices were a little more reasonable!

Almost like entering Greece. Enjoyed this quiet atmosphere. Food was good. And prices were priced fair. Will try again!
