Terrible place. Went there for a pedicure which lasted 25 minutes. The staff was too busy and instead of focusing on one customer at a time, they rush their work. They did a poor nail job, a quick foot massage and did not even add a top coat to my pedicure. This for $ 25 is inadmissible.
The cleanliness of the place is questionable.

A bit pricey but so worth it! I was made to feel comfortable which is important to me. Both of the gals were very polite, enjoyed the conversation, and was also given suggestions on how to care after my weak nails. I will be back very soon :)

Just got a pedicure and decided to go somewhere else for the manicure. Yes, it’s a very quiet relaxing salon: however, as a patron, you become tense when tools are dropped on the floor and then used on your feet. Not cool. Also, I’m not a fan of salons that can’t simply hang their State board certificates on the wall and put nail polish is order.
I’ve been to worse places and much better ones! It’s so, so. At least the pedicure was only $ 25.00.

Fantastic Nail Salon! They do wonderful manicures and pedicures. They even did a nice flower design for my nails. Highly Recommended! Would not go anywhere else!

I had terrible service today when I got a manicure and pedicure there. The person performing the treatment talked on the telephone almost the entire treatment. When she wasn’t speaking on the phone (while doing the manicure!), she was speaking Vietnamese to the other woman doing treatments. She completely ignored her client! Then, to top it off, the price was as much as many day spas charge. Needless to say, I will not return to this place.

This is the best, most professional and «make you feel special» place for nails in our Cupertino/​Saratoga area. I have been there a few times and I am never disappointed. Also, the quality of the polish is fantastic and stays forever. Great feet massage.

Quito nails is AWESOME! The owner Lan is incredibly professional and fun to converse with. Excellent communication skills. Always understands exactly what you ask for, and makes sure her staff understands as well. The best is that her «pink and whites» hold up in war-​fare, yet they are pretty, light and thin. I can go every three weeks without any breaking or lifting up. Pedicures could be better. Maybe better products or more sloughing. The salon is quaint and quiet typically, unless there are a few women there, who are always bragging about Lan. They give a personalized touch everytime. I always leave feeling special. You Go Quito Nails!!!

I am very picky about my nails. And after my old nail lady moved I had to find somewhere else to go. I asked a nice lady that I met, where she got her nails done, because they looked great! She told me Quito Nails…
If you are used to walking into «Fancy/​Darling/​Nail art» or going to any random nail lady that is available… this salon is probably not the place for you.
This is a nice quite higher end nail salon. That’s why the prices are where they are. But you definitely get what you pay for. My nails always last even when I’m hard on them and lag on my fill time. (I usually go every 3 weeks)
I even get my eyebrows done here now! Little pricey, but I don’t go cheap when it comes to my face!!! :)
