Since I was a kid my Gram mother had this painting of Venice Italy in her house. My grandfather whom I never got the pleasure to meet because he died before I was born, got it for her. Sadly, 6 years ago my gram mother passed away and I inherited the painting. The painting really does look like St Mark’s square in Venice Italy.(I went to Italy 3 years ago and Venice was the first city we visited) I wanted to get a new frame on it and hang it in my bedroom. I was worried because I didn’t want anyone that re framed it to ruin it, like I said before it has been in my family for a long time and I would be devastated if anything happen to it. I did some research and found this place. I called KC’s and talked to one of the owners Kelly that does all the framing here. She was more than happy to look at it and give me a price. I told her how important the painting is to me and after talking to her I had a good feeling I wouldn’t have a problem leaving it with her. Also if you are looking for sewing machines supply or fabric this is the pace to go. Both my wife and I went up and meet Kelly and she was super nice and really knows what she is doing when it comes to framing work. Needless to say I left my painting with her to frame. She also put a new hanger in the back and re papered the back of the painting. She also went out of her way to find someone that restores paintings as my needed to be clean but she doesn’t do restoration work. Kelly said I should have my painting back in 2 weeks and that is exactly how long it took. I would highly recommend Kelly for any framing needs. When my painting was all done Kelly called and informed me and said no rush whenever you can get here great. I arrived and she had my painting wrapped in construction paper. She showed me, and I couldn’t be more pleased. My gram mother would have loved it! It is now hanging in my bedroom where I can look at it everyday reminding me of my Gram mother.
