I was in need for a Driver seat seat belt for a 1997GMC Yukon 2 door, I spoke to John in there sales department and explained the 2 door seat belt was different then the 4 door. He had me call a GMC dealer for a part number after I gave the dealer my VIN Number. I received the part number and gave it to John and in 2 days the perfect part showed up. Thank You John!

Absolute garbage I will give them 0 stars. At first they told me before the end of the year they couldn’t order the part 2 January 4th but they charge my account on the 29th of December. Then when I called on the 4th they said they mailed it. Then when I called on the 7th they said we’re sorry the part will cost $ 74 we need $ 74 from you. And basically they couldn’t mail it until I had the extra money. So then they switch me to a different person bill. Bill told me that the part was delivered to my door. They confuse me with a different person. Then they switch me to dawn Don says you need 5 more dollars and we can send the part but remember on the 29th they took my money. I said forget it since you guys can’t handle business this refund my money I I have yet to see it. Anybody who had a bad experience with them, please contact the Better Business Bureau. These thief can Not keep getting away with it. I guess I put enough heat on them that I finally got my money.

Would give zero stars if I could — these people are thieves who are unable to deliver a correct part through their«network of salvage yards». Two parts ordered, both were incorrect. Been dealing with them for two months of Bill telling me «it’s in the mail» or «your refund is coming» Finally gave up and filed credit card dispute — AVOIDTHISCOMPANYATALLCOSTS. Check out mine and countless other negative reviews and complaints through the BBB.

So, they moved to a new address and Unilocal starts over with a new account? So physically moving lets them leave their old, bad ratings behind? I don’t think so. Here’s a link to their old reviews:
