Breakfast at Kneaders is never a disappointment for me. The French toast is great and at a great price in my opinion. I also really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches, they have cheese, eggs, and bacon. Those are super good when I’m not in the mood for French toast. As for lunch this is why I give it 4 stars. The French dip is so yummy! Same with a lot of there other sandwiches. The price point is way too high though. Paying $ 8 for just a sandwich… No side is pretty insane in my opinion. It’s not extremely filling compared somewhere else where you pay $ 8 for a actual full meal. This is only down fall to Kneaders in my opinion.

Went thru the drive thru this morning and ordered a salad a brownie and a loaf of pumpkin bread. Drive 20 minutes to deliver it to the person I bought it for and realize they forgot to put my loaf of bread in the bag. Call the manager and he firsts ask if I was charged for it. Yes I was charged for it and your to go girl forgot to put it in my bag. Mistakes happen I understand! But the manager then begins to tell me to come in and pick up my loaf of bread and he’ll give me another sweet bread for free. Awesome, sounds great and awesome customer service! Go in ask for the manager remind him I had called earlier he gets me my pumpkin bread the loaf I paid for and sends me on my way! Really? Horrible customer service. We eat here all the time and I love the food but how that manager didn’t give me another loaf of bread made me mad, not that I didn’t get the bread it’s the principle that matters to me!!! Not impressed!!!

Good local place for breads and soups, had the pastrami sandwich with the red pepper gouda soup. All was tasty, sandwich was a little light on the pastrami but fresh bread was all very good.

Went back last week to give kneaders another try. The tea smelled like rotten eggs so I got something else. I told the young lady that the tea smelled off. She opened it and the smell of eggs wafted out. She said to me «I don’t drink any tea so I don’t know what it should smell like». I very nicely told her it wasn’t supposed to smell like rotten eggs. She HUFFED and walked away. My 5 year old daughter even said«that girl wasn’t nice». WHY does kneaders offer a product that their employees have a problem serving? Either do it right or don’t serve it at all. I shouldn’t have come back after my other bad experiences.

The all you can eat French toast is so good! Just make sure that you get there early.

Order a dozen cookies they cram everything in little a bag so everything breaks. Instead of sticking them in a box or plastic container. I won’t ever be back.

I love your bread but you seriously have to get a butter bowl like Great Harvest Bread. Those stupid little butter packs are just as bad as sugar packets for my 24 oz coffee in the morning. What a pain in the butt!!! I also had the pineapple coconut cake. I was disappointed that there was a single layer of pineapple on a three layered cake. The coconut was pretty bland as well. The white cake came across as expected… mass produced lacking any love in its creation. Kinda plain! Leaving here disappointed to say the least.

It’s so hit and miss here that I can’t give a good review. I have complained to corporate with no response. I give it two stars instead of one because when they actually make my favorite turkey bacon avocado correct it’s great but usually it’s dry bread, hardly any meat, little mayo and not seasoned. The Kneaders in PG is always good. Hope they can improve but I doubt it…

Fairly overpriced and service is slow. Staff was unfriendly and seemed preoccupied. They need to decide to be a restaurant or a craft store. Both are not working.

This location has the worst customer service. They always run out of food and the dining area is not kept clean. The food is good though.

This location has gone down hill. The past two weekend nights they run out of turkey and some breads. Sorry is all you get. Restaurants have systems like pars and computer systems to plan out their days. This location must not use them and doesn’t care. The last visit the manager on duty was very frustrated with guest and made it uncomfortable for those around us. I emailed them and got the normal email I then responded and never heard a word again. Maybe the Kneaders corp owners will listen and visit the location more

Filthy tables even after I stiffed in a complaint while still in the store. The employee did half hearted job and walked past tables with obvious trash left on them. Coffee urn was empty the other was lukewarm.

I can’t tell you how happy I was when this location opened. Heaven! And so close to home! I have been here many times and I have never had anything I didn’t like. My favorite sandwiches are their TBA, chicken pesto, chicken salad, and turkey cranberry. They have really yummy soups as well, I love their Asiago bisque, it’s very unique and I honestly haven’t found it anywhere else or even been able to find a recipe for it. They have a different soup each day. They are known for their amazing french toast which really is amazing. It tastes almost like a cinnamon roll. I also love their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, so amazing. And not to mention all their amazing baked goods. Can’t go wrong here.

Typical panera-style place. Good salads, good sandwiches, nice staff, but nothing special. I’d never jump up and down to go to Kneader’s, but I’d never shut it down immediately either. I’ve gotten their bacon, turkey, avocado salad. Obviously it was tasty. I’ve also gotten a couple of their sandwiches. They’re not super memorable, you know? Tasty — sure. Deserve a freak out when Kneader’s is mentioned by name — not really. Good for what it is though.

This place was really packed on Saturday morning, but the line went fairly quickly and the food came out pretty fast as well. I really liked the cinnamon french toast and the American scrambled omelet. It was nice having something sweet and savory, because just ordering one or the other wouldn’t have been satisfying for my indecisive pallet. Although I didn’t try any, I really liked their selection of pastries. They’ve got a ton of sweets to satisfy a chocolate or fruit craving. Speaking of fruits, I also had one of their smoothies which was fresh and flavorful. I’ll be back Kneaders…

My second-chance visit to Kneaders proved that, no, the french toast and pancakes are not made to order(both were lukewarm), making the wait time unaccountable.

I really want Kneader’s to be a good place to eat. It’s so promising, but it misses the bar. Overpriced and not very good. This location is my least favorite.

Worst experience at Kneaders in my life thus far. I can understand that the morning after Thanksgiving can be busy, but preparation beforehand would be very warranted. Ordered omelets and french toast and waited for over an hour for our food. And to top off the hour plus wait, the food arrived cold. Management seems very unorganized and unconcerned about so many people waiting. My first and last time visiting Kneaders in Saratoga Springs.

Hmmm, I love Kneaders but this location just isn’t like the other Kneaders I’ve been too. They started out great but my last 2 – 3 times here have delivered subpar results(compared to their other locations). Case in point, the Famous T.B.A. sandwich at other places are served on fresh soft Focaccia bread, here the bread seems to be day old. The meat, avocado portions fluctuate greatly depending on who is making it and they don’t put near enough sauce on the sandwich, like other places do. This place needs to be more consistent with the other stores so that customers know what to expect — especially with other restaurants moving into the area — they need to up their game.

This is the newest restaurant in Saratoga Springs and it’s a welcome addition to the few dining options we have out here that aren’t fast food(although Kneader’s does have a drive-thru and could be considered«healthy» fast food). We love that it’s open until 10pm so we have some place close by to eat if we are out late. We stopped by pretty late last night and walked right up to the counter to order. We tried 2 croissant sandwiches(the turkey cranberry and the chicken salad) and they were both pretty good. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was my favorite and I would get that again. I thought the turkey cranberry would go better on bread instead of a croissant. We will certainly be eating here again soon so I’ll continue posting pictures as we eat here.
