This is the largest Dollar Tree in the northeastern US. It was bright, clean and had everything I needed. Bunny, the woman at the register, was cheerful and talkative, and, as it turns out, came from the same area Bestie and I are from. Small world!

The«things for a dollar» business is getting more and more competitive. With that in mind, I find it difficult to believe this store is still in business. Even though it’s quite large, it just does not have the type of inventory that, in my opinion, would keep me coming back here on a regular basis. It does stock some things quite well. For example, it has good party supplies, lots of inexpensive glassware, and a good inventory of cleaning supplies. So if you want to save money throwing a big party, this is a good place to visit, both before and after. Areas of the store where I would have liked to see more included paper products, housewares, health and beauty aids, and canned goods. There was only 1 cashier open this morning, and a bit of a line. A second cashier opened her register and too a few people, but never turned her light on. This store is already competing with nearby Price Chopper and Rite Aid, and a very well-stocked Ocean State Job Lot a couple of miles down the road(and supposedly soon a Family Dollar). I think they have to step up their game, particularly with inventory.
