Service, food, and «scenery» are not as good as expected. Long wait for things like a water or for waitress to pick up check…

I feel many of the bad reviews here are slightly unjustified. This place has very good wifi, cheap drinks and the vast majority of the staff are very nice. The food is typical American style. The real wings are pretty good from what I remember and the burgers are fairly good.
pros: good wifi, good service/​very polite staff, cheap drinks between 4 – 8 ($ 2 beers)
Cons: food is very average, sometimes the ethos is creepy; girls flirting and rubbing the back of dudes for more tips. Guys rudely speaking to the staff.

Let’s start with it took 15 minutes to get a waitress to even acknowledge that we sat down. Mind you, the place was empty. After ordering the most simple order possible, only half of it came and we had to re-​order again after waiting for her to come back again 20 mins later. Once we finally did eat our meal we waiting another 15−20mins only for us to ask another waitress for our check because our waitress was nowhere to be found… oh wait I know where she was. With a direct view to part of the kitchen it was hard not to notice her and all the other workers standing around and hanging out with maybe one girl on the floor actually working.
Meanwhile directly in front of us were 2 managers sitting at a high top surrounded by 5 girls working, eating and chatting away.
Food was decent. But the lack of service ruined everything. This place is terrible. The management is a joke and so is everyone that works underneath them.
Not sure why I paid. We should have just left. Nobody would have noticed anyway

Started off sketchy with our waitress, but she ended up being fine. The wings were very good, as well as the wing sauce. My salad was fine. All in all, it was a good experience and we will try it again.
It’s a wing place and I think as a wing place, it was very good.

This place has evolved over the year… coming along much better service since a year ago!

Walked in to a packed house with my family. We were all hungry so we ignored the cleavage and thong like shorts and were seated for dinner. I’ve lived in Sarasota for 8 years and love the downtown eating experience. I will NEVER eat at a wing house again. This place was so awful that at one point mid meal we all actually thought about leaving. Our waitress proved the age old adage that states «looks aren’t everything» she messed up our order several times, forgot to put in a meal so one of the kids didn’t get served dinner, never brought us silverware (I had to get it myself) and messed up the final tally, not once, but twice. The food tasted like crap… this place is a poor man’s hooters, do yourself a huge favor and avoid it, trust me there are a ton of other places downtown you can go.

I was looking forward to a good experience here but was EXTREMELY disappointed! The food was terrible. The buffalo wrap was soggy. My boyfriend had to order his Philly cheese steak wrap twice, first time it had no cheese! The second one he got was dripping and gross. Service was okay but definitely not worth it.

The food sucks but our waitress Harley was amazing!
Don’t order anything with yellow cheese, it ruins the food because it tastes like burnt plastic.
I would never return or recommend this place to anyone.

Better than the other place our first visit was successful with Christina «new» waitress perfect food, great service no waiting had the all you can eat Wednsday lunch last week going back today for more it’s worth the drive. New restaurant, clean with a great atmosphere. Downtown Sarasota easy walk for everyone parking is free just show your paid receipt an added bonus. Come join the fun and food!!! We give this restaurant a 5 Star Rating

Food was good but the service wasn’t. My lunch break took way too long. I will never go here again unless I have a couple hours to spare.

Save your money and go to hooters, staff was inattentive and forgetful. Server Catherine didn’t even know what day it was for a special. Witnessed another server drinking Starbucks while serving her table. Very unprofessional. Will not be back. Even the wings were soggy. I don’t think servers are trained on anything other than how to look pretty, and that’s lacking too.

I’m not one to complain but today was bad. We placed our order and didn’t see our waitress for 42 minutes. At one point we thought she forgot about us. Drinks were empty and all. We were thankful we got our food even though it was luke warm.

We needed somewhere quick to eat before our movie.
The location is great but the food… meh.
We ordered the chicken sliders. The buns were stale and the meat was overcooked. tough and chewy chicken.

Wings are my favorite, so on our way to the beach we stopped here for wings… what a mistake!
First off, they were completely undercooked… a true health hazard…
We tried the flappers thinking less meat maybe more cooked… wrong…so raw we couldn’t even break the joint…
Taste-wise…none…that’s right! The buffalo wings did not have a taste! No heat, nothing!
They did a bang up job on the grease though!

This place is nice and clean but the service is the worst. I’ve given it 3 chances and it’s gets worse each time. The bartenders dont even speak to the customers, and I could understand that if they were slammed but my beer has sat empty for 20 min at a bar with 3 bartenders and 15 people at it. They are just unfriendly and slow. It’s kinda sad because his place should be amazing to watch a game at an I’m about to leave.

This shameless Hooters ripoff is very clean and filled with big screen tvs. That and the good service is the extent of compliments I have.
The waitresses are forced to wear an almost obscene uniform. While I am happy to admire the female form, I prefer to have something left to the imagination…
For a place dedicated to making wings, they ought to have done better. The sauce was very good, but the chicken was not up to snuff. Buffalo Wild Wings is much better. I also felt annoyed when I requested blue cheese and was given a little plastic prepackaged tub. My celery sticks were limp and floppy as well.
I am unlikely to return…

Not good. Fries were soggy not crispy. Tasteless queso for the way-​too-​salty chips. Wings were just okay. Most likely not coming back. I gave it a two star rating because the customer service was decent.

Awful. One of the worst experience ever at a Sarasota restaurant. I ordered chips and they looked like Christmas decorations. The chips were stale with too much salt and the queso was bland. Then I ordered boneless wings. It was so terrible I only ate half of them. The wings were dry/​over cooked and way too greasy.
My friend received a wine glass with lipstick on it. Another friend got cut by glass on a beer mug. The manager didn’t even offer to comp his meal.
Oh, the service was horrible. Waitress was clueless. She had to ask me what I ordered. She kept disappearing and it took forever for her to get our check. Avoid this place like the plague.
Anyone who recommend the food at this restaurant should be ignored forever.

Nice place to have, its a sports bar with friendly service.
