Seit mehr als 10 Jahren komme ich in unregelmäßigen Abständen vorbei. Dieses Jahr fällt mir besonders auf, dass in der Mall immer weniger los ist. Die Geschäfte werden uninteressanter, das Sortiment schlechter und der Leerstand wird immer größer. Demnächst wird der Aeropostal Laden schließen. Dann gibt es außer einem Victorias Secrets, einem Starbucks und einem Hollister Laden nicht mehr viel worüber man berichten kann. Wenn es nicht noch ein großes Kino gäbe, würde die Bewertung noch magerer ausfallen. Das ist insgesamt ziemlich schade, aber nicht verwunderlich seitdem die große neue Mall im UTC eröffnet hat. Das zieht nicht nur Kaufkraft ab, sondern auch die Läden und die bessere Ware.

This mall was great until UTC opened. It’s not filled with nic nac stores and off brands. All of the quality stores moved up to the newer mall. They really have let this place go! The only thing that is holding it together is Costco!

Use to be a nice mall. It’s trashed up with carnival rides and motorized stuffed animals to ride around the mall on. That stuff brigs trash into the mall. Need to keep it classy… So disappointed.
I will only be going to Costco from now on and not be venturing into the mall.

I will rethink my membership with COSTCO this coming year. Just had a horrible experience with the Sarasota location. We bought our Christmas dinner food here and when we were about the prepare we discovered it was bad. I mean BAD!!! I contacted them and they are willing to give me $ 20!!! CHRISTMAS DINNER! I have been an Executive Member for years. I expected more from this company. BYE COSTCO!!!

Great mall now! Redone about 5 years ago and it’s been really nice inside ever since. Redoing it attracted new stores and eateries and I feel like it’s always different when I go inside because there will be more new stores.

Nice little mall, for kids there is a train that you can ride throughout the mall. This mall is filled with some good stores like Macy’s, Rack Room Shoes, Starbucks, Costco, AMC Movie Theater.
I think it’s actually called the Westfield Sarasota Mall

I cannot believe that there are not more reviews of this mall!
I guess it might be because we lived next to a tinier mall for the past three years in Cville, VA, but I really like the size of this one — and HELLO, Costco! Awesome! This mall is great for what we need — Bath & Body Works, Sears, Starbucks… yup ;)

Sarasota Square Mall is your typical Westfield Mall that holds your basic stores. It’s not your high-​end mall, but then again this area would not be able to support it.
Never seen a Costco connected to a mall before; has an awkward entrance.
The movie theater entrance is also inconvenient as it is not close to any parking that does not compete with main mall users. The bright side, it forces overweight people to actually walk if they want to sit their overweight butts in movie seats for 2 hours.

I love Sarasota square Mall. It’s always very clean and I’ve never had a negative experience here. There is more than enough parking on property, if by some happening, parking is full, there is a staples right next door to the mall for spillover.
If you are visiting Sarasota and want to go to Sarasota Square, you can easily pick out a local or even sound less of a tourist by saying «Sarasota Square Mall,» and not «Westfield Mall.»
