Stopped in at this Wendy’s location on the way through Sarasota and was pleased with the quality of the food, the speed of the service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. All of our food was prepared correctly, presented pleasantly, and tasted good. Wendy’s rarely disappoints, and this did not disappoint in any way. In comparison to other fast food restaurants, our experience today was very good and would stop here again with no reservations.

This place needs to be shut down immediately!!! After waiting 5 min in the drive thru which wasn’t moving, we decided to go inside. First of all, all the trash cans were overflowing, there were standing puddles of water all over the floor, and it took at least 5 min before we were greeted. I received my cup to get my drink, they were completely out of sweet tea on the floor. While still waiting for our order, I used the restroom that had unlocking doors, filthy, and no paper towels. We waited at least 15 min to receive or food(to-go) and when we got home, my son ate half of his chicken sandwich before realizing the center was RAW!!! I called the manager on duty and he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know what to do. I demanded his managers name and was told that he would be in tomorrow morning. I don’t expect anything more from this experience other than the simple fact that this location needs to be shut down immediately!

Is there a way to give zero stars? Do not eat here. I’ve waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in it! Keep driving, don’t waste your time! I should have gone by the terrible reviews before this!

This place needs to be shut down my wife went through the drive thru they screwed up our order she went inside and has now been waiting for over 15 minutes for them to fix what they screwed up and there’s no one in the place I mean come on we will not be back and that’s sad seeing how they’re just down the road … It’s sad to see what Dave Thomas started and worked so hard for to be run like this place is

Pretty bad. Passed up a few other better fast food restaurants so I could get the Fish filet sandwich. I have had them at many other Wendy’s and they are usually great. Not here. It was dried out. The drive through service attendant was nice but you could hear other employees in the background acting very unprofessional. I’ll pass next time.

Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew about this location. It’s 3:15 in the afternoon, one table in the restaurant and I order a Baconator. 30 minutes later, the five cooks and a manager haven’t been able to make one without screwing it up yet. No one here should be asking for $ 15/hour.

Drive through staff were pretty gormless. Order came out completely the opposite of what I ordered after 3 lengthy discussions of what I would like. Also, my baked potato came without a fork, which in turn then became a projectile out of my car window in protest of disgust; reacting to the service i just at encountered.

It’s lunchtime on I-75 in Florida the weekend after spring break. Apparently, this means that the manager should not prepare for a constant stream of patrons or a lunch rush. Instead, she should take 30 minutes to make sandwiches incorrectly and then loudly blame this on the sweet girl at the register because she«took the orders too fast.» Makes sense. Girl at the register(Jessica) was doing her best to mKe peace with the unruly, starving, angry crowd. But when the anger level started to rise, we booked it out before even getting to order. Manager needs to go back to burger business school. She was not demonstrating any leadership or crisis management skills. Boo.

This place was the worst! I ordered four chocolate and vanilla swirl frosty’s and they gave them too us all chocolate thru the drive thru even tho the receipt was clearly marked with the right order. Didn’t notice until I got home of course. Either the staff just doesn’t care at all or are complete idiots. I then called to complain right after and surprise surprise! No answer! Please don’t go to this Wendy to get your frosty’s or anything else for that matter!!!

This is the worst Wendy’s ever. The employees are rude, the manager is rude. They argue with the patrons. I ordered a double cheese burger and got a single. Brought it back up to have the fix it and she just turns around and walks away. Only to return with a paddy on a plate and says here and throws it on the counter! Place kind of reminds me of the soup nazi episode on Sienfield. It was that bad, you just had to laugh.

My family and I stopped here while on vacation before heading to the beach. I figured Wendy’s would be quick and convenient. To make a long story short… it wasn’t that convenient. When we walked in… the guy at the front counter looked at us like«uh oh…» Not sure if he was new or what. He was kind’ve rude to my brother in law regarding his order. As we came in, there were several other people that came in behind us as it was around lunch time. The people running this place just couldn’t get it together. There were several partial orders sitting on the counter and no one really knew what the other was doing… as far as completing the order and getting all the correct food on the correct tray. Also, before we left, I stopped to use the restroom and could hear the employees in the kitchen laughing and just carrying on. They were very loud and unprofessional. I know it’s fast food… but really??! Take pride in your job. I definately will not be back to this place. I love the food at Wendy’s…but the service we experienced that day was not what is usually received.
