I’m giving the store 3 stars at least b/c the pharmacy was fast and efficient, but I give 0 stars to the pharmacy employee, Robin b/c she was super rude! I came to have an antibiotic filled and ear drops for an ear infection I have, while pregnant. I was miserable and she was just plain rude!

I have always found Walgreens to have excellent products at very competitive prices. This one is no exception. But, the customer service here is abysmal. I stopped in at 2PM on Wednesday Sept 3, 2014 and took about 15 minutes to get 4 – 5 items. I went to the front register, which had one customer only. The woman at the register proceeded to have a long conversation about an item that the customer thought cost $ 9.99 while the register woman said it cost $ 15.99. This went on for 5 – 10 minutes while the line behind me grew to 6 – 8 people. Eventually the register woman said she would refund the money and that took another 10 minutes. When I got to the register, she asked if I found everything okay. I said that it took longer to get checked out than it did to shop and that I would not be back to this Walgreens. She said that«her Walgreens» was the highest rated in the county. I said that is a surprise to me but I didn’t care, just check out my items. She then proceeded to tell me that it was slow because there were a lot of old people and that I would be one of them sometime.(FYI, the people with the refund issue were not old!). I told her that maybe I would be lucky and die early, probably from a heart attack due to stress of having to wait online. This is a terrible employee who has lost a customer for this Walgreens. Maybe I will look for other Drug stores as that market seems to be very competitive.
