I’d give you 3 or 4 stars for actual delivery of service, but 1 or 2 for my experience moving my service only about 3 miles away. About $ 200 in «new» activation charges and set up, $ 6.00 to move or keep or request my number(not a lot of money, but really, I don’t care what # got and I didn’t ask or care if I had the same # when I moved = bogus charge(s). WORSTPARTS: 7 days without service, loss of my promotional offers, locked into contract for another year, very rude and unhelpful representatives on the phone, AND long wait times with, multiple transfers, and of course, about 2.5 hours on the phone to accomplish nothing. On my 3rd attempt to get things fixed, I finally got one person who was excellent. Thank goodness.
