Had new top-of-the-line Rheem a/c unit installed 4 years ago. Had several service calls, mainly to find freon leak. Finally, after over $ 1000 of repairs, they found the leak in the evaporator coil. Warranty replacement cost $ 190 labor PLUS $ 161PROCESSINGFEE! Tried to talk to owner. He never returned any of my calls. Oh, and one service rep said that the reason it wasn’t cooling anymore was that I needed new ductwork for $ 5000 to make it work. Fortunately, I didn’t take his advice.

The girl in the office was sweet but beyond that it was the WORST experience I’ve had in a long time. They didn’t show up for my first appointment. When I called they said they were just running late. Couldn’t be there for a couple of hours. I cautiously rescheduled and then they didn’t show for second appointment. When I called they said the technician called me 30 minutes ahead and came to my house and no one was home! Not true. They did not call and I was home and no one came!!! The girl in office apologized. Manager called me and made it sound like it was MY fault!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for the sales pitch!!! And if I were J…(the girl I spoke to in the office) I’d look for a job with a company that cares about their business.
