My perky barista was a ray of sunshine early this morning when I stopped in for a White Chocolate Mocha. The drink was sweet and very easy to drink. They have seating outside where you can enjoy the morning as you enjoy your coffee.

Asked for a venti decaf Americano with 4 shots. I repeated this to the barista. When the order was put out she didn’t say what the order was. I’m very sensitive to caffeine. I asked what it was. She said venti Americano. I said it’s the wrong order. I wanted decaf. She said oh it’s decaf. I was skeptical. But I took it anyway since she wasn’t offering a choice. I couldn’t tell if it was decaf until later. But it definitely didn’t have 4 shots. It was watery. I know this is a touristy area but they should have better quality control.

An ok Starbucks. The staff were kind but the drinks were not of my liking. I am a coffee snob and I need it perfect!!! It looks like it was just remodeled and it looks great and it is definitely clean.

Like the previous Unilocaler mentioned, this location was being remodeled. The remodel is done. It’s still a small location, however, it’s well laid out, clean and shiny like a new penny.
Restroom code is 3000. Nice, single use restroom.

Unilocal wants me to expand my review which is challenging seeing as how the Starbucks location they recommended doesn’t actually exist. Apparently the store is being redone, the sign and awning are still in place but the interior was raw wood and empty space. No information on if/​when they plan to reopen.

Vacation buzzkill. It took me 25 minutes to get out of there with my damn tall coffee. The most aggravating Starbucks I have ever been to. The cashiers are slow and chatty while the line snakes out the door.
Also, it is very loud inside so you have to scream your order. I think that is also why it’s so slow – because you have to keep repeating your orders.

How can a Starbucks be this terrible?! I go to many, many Starbucks all over the country and this one is the worst. We ordered 3 drinks and it took them 10mins to make. It was busy but what Starbucks isn’t busy? 2 of the drinks were wrong. I complained to manager and she gave me dirty look and told me she didn’t take the order. She huffed and puffed and said she would return the drinks and make us others. Great! She takes my card and returns the wrong drinks and sizes and then recharges my card me the correct size and drink and puts our cups last in line to wait another 10mins!!! To top it off the Carmel Macciotto was the worst I have ever had. We come every year to our time share and I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again!

Smaller than average sbux. Seems that the workers don’t even have enough space behind the counter. Drinks we ordered were fine but seating is tight and the bench seat was covered in sand. We go to sbux for the coffee not the atmosphere and our drinks have always been on par with the quality expected from sbux.

I visited this Starbucks on 12⁄24 with my wife as we window shipped St Armand Circle. My wife ordered a Gingerbread Latte and received a Latte with no flavoring at all. The cup was properly marked though. I ordered a Christmas Blend coffee and they were out and had to brew some. Fine, no problem I thought. Problem is they only let a quarter to half the cycle brew before they dispensed the coffee into my cup. This resulted in a coffee that was WAY too strong… Even for my taste. Unfortunately my wife and I were outta there or I would have taken them back (not to mention the line was out the door).
I’m a 20 – 30 visit per month customer of Starbucks. I typically have no issues but recall this not being my first problem visit at this particular location. I’ll pass on coffee from this store in the future.

What can I say? It’s a Starbucks. You get what you expect. If it’s crowded inside, grab you favorite drink and sit outside in the Circle — there’s always something interesting to see.

Very small SBUX. More space & breezes at outside seating. Nice canapy for shade. Dog friendly outside. Friendly staff.
