37 years on this earth & I have never received such horrible customer service in my life! The 2 partners I dealt with couldn’t possibly be more different. One was rude, condescending & arrogant. After trying to pass a print off as an original piece, I asked him to come down on the price since I could prove it was a print. The smug owner then informed me that the price just went up! Confused… I assumed he was joking… He then went on his little tirade about how he has more $ wrapped up in the frame than the value of the art & that my request to lower the price was insulting to him. I literally had to remember to close my mouth!!! I reminded him that the piece was a print…“wow, you sure are smart.” He replied. He sincerely seemed unstable. I returned to the store to let the other owner know about my experience. He seemed compassionate & apologetic. I won’t be going back, EVER…

My wife and I purchased an item from Sarasota Trading Company recently. The manager said we could pick it up the next day… they called when we were on our way and said it would be delayed until the next day. Finally a few days later we called to pick up the product and the manager was really rude on the phone. They have a lot of nice things but my advice is only buy if you can take it home that same day. They seem to have their own schedule and don’t really care about the customer after they make a sale.

WE purcahsed over 1K worth of stuff to ship to 2 diff places. We have contacted the guy and never got our stuff. He keeps saying that he will send it next Wed, next Wed, next Wed. We have given him about 8 weeks, NOTHING it’s a scam !!! AMK
