We had Rightway clean our tile roof about two years ago. Their cleaning solution with the «secret» ingredient did clean the roof, but also ruined $ 1000. worth of exterior coach lights, destroyed several bushes and killed the lawn wherever it ran off the roof. We notified them of the issues and they came over to inspect the damage. They left with a promise to make things right. We never heard from them again. Repeated calls only revealed an overfull voice mailbox. They advertise being bonded and insured, but those are empty promises.
In my opinion, Rightway is the WRONGWAY to go.
