My wife and I have a several good experiences at Revelry. I like that they use quality ingredients. The atmosphere is nice and the service is good.

Great food and service! Sirloin Steak was better than Capitol Grill, at half the price. One of our favorite local restaurants. Don’t want to say too many good things, because we like being able to get a reservation even in «in season».

Awesome service and amazing food, you have to stop here if your visiting if you live here lucky you!

Amazing beer selection! Also I am vegan and even though they don’t have a lot on the menu for me, they were extremely accommodating and I has a great meal. Everyone else’s meals looked great too, especially the tuna appetizer special.

Dark, and the food was just as dark. I hate to use this word (again), but OLD oil doesn’t make food taste good. I could taste the old grease in my boring pizza. It was basil= green on each slice. My partner had fish &chip, good chips, but old oily fish. We both had headache after. (What you expect, old grease?)
The only bright spot was the hard working bartender who was new. Ah… another strike around here.

Worst service ever!!! I’ve been here twice and have waited over 45 min for food and the waiting staff only shows up once every 15min. When asked what’s taking so long the waiter replies, the kitchen is taking forever. This will be the last time I visit this place.

Went here for a dinner with gf and her family. Had the sirloin steak with mushrooms and onions. It was delish! Darian took care of us and did a great job, he recomend the funky buddha hop gun ipa which was amazing.

Consistent food, gorgeous bar. One of my favorites in the Sarasota area. Always a friendly staff and great specials daily.

I had the coconut crusted chicken and it was delicious, the waiter was very nice and they had a ton of beer choices. Highly recommend!

I dine here routinely because they serve excellent food and a have great selection of beer!
The staff is friendly and accommodating and I appreciate the choice of atmosphere because I am sometimes alone and prefer to sit in the bar. I choose the dining room for a more intimate experience and I’ve even walked my dogs there and dined outside.
I’ve never had a bad meal here and have tried several things on the menu. Because I rarely eat conventional beef, I usually opt for a grass fed burger at Rev*el*ry. They are all delicious! And I often pair mine with a pint of Stella Artois, which is sometimes on special:)

Great variety of craft beer and the food and service for our first visit was excellent (tall guy with beard). The beer bread muffin things, made in house were awesome! Apparently the second time my parents visited the female server didn’t bring them bread and wasn’t as good as the guy. Next time I visit Sarasota this will definitely have to be a stop.

This was my second time at Revelry and I lowered by stars to three. The Harvest salad I had for lunch was good but the lettuce leaves they used for the salad I feel are the same ones that other restaurants throw away. They were the outer hard tastless leaves. The clam chowder is still great. One of the people I was with missed the wrap which was taken off the menu. Another person asked that the onions be grilled with his burger. That did not happen and the burger arrived with a large pile of raw onion.
Overall, still a good place.

I’ve only been once and enjoyed my experience. I sat at the bar and was surprised by their beer selection, more than just bud light! Our bartender was friendly and fun. It’s pretty dark in there so it’s good for a rainy day or night time. My friend ordered the cottage/​shepherds pie and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back!

The beer was awesome, prices mediocre, service was slow because of poor staff deployment, they messed up our order, my schnitzel was way overcooked and flavorless, and my wife’s burger was way undercooked. I will not be returning

This is a bar/​restaurant with a wide selection of beers and home made dishes. There are hot pretzels served with two types of mustard or the beef brisket sliders. The salads are leafy and the dressings are made in house too. There are pizzas, and sandwiches. The main dishes include a chicken schnitzel, or a teriyaki pork, or the coconut chicken all served with the vegetables of the day. The food is delicious and clearly made fresh. That home cooked taste is evident. There is a full bar and there are kid sized portions.

Revelry is a really great bar to go for dinner. In fact it is EXACTLY what you’d expect from a gastropub. Great food, solid service, locally farmed/​brewed/​crafted items and ingredients. My only complaint is that it’s just slightly too casual for the prices. And by casual I mean that the place is a little busy, and just a little messy for a gastropub that has $ 8 beers. And we didn’t even mind the casual feel. In fact we prefer it. We just thought everything seemed like a dollar or two too expensive for the room we were sitting in. Not a complaint, just an observation. We went back more than once so obviously it wasn’t so bad. Try it for date night and sit in a booth at the bar.

Update: We have been back a few times, clinging on to the initial great experience. We’ve had pretty slow service sitting in the bar area. The food served after the dinner rush is just sub-​par. I had a really sad looking salad and my boyfriend said you could tell there was «no love put into it». I recommend going during the mealtime rush and sitting in dining only!

I like this bar. It promotes grass fed beef and organic options. They have an expansive menu including German, American and Italian options. Their wings with mango hot sauce are very good. The rachel sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. Portions are generous. Great drinks and happy hour specials. Love the dim lighting and private feeling atmosphere. Our servers have been very knowledgeable except we always have to ask for the «beer bread» (cornbread muffins), which they are stingy with. The brie cheese appetizer is so wonderful, we went back again within the week of first trying it. We will be back.

The restaurant atmosphere was great, very dim lighting and the bar is very big.
The service was terrible, my waitress was very rude. I asked for a Stella Artois and provided ID as proof of age and she gave me the dirtiest look ever. Very rude and not polite at all. She even accused me of having a fake ID. She was very racists, we are of Asian decent so we may look younger than our age and we had two Caucasian females and she welcomed them with smiles and a lovely conversation, as for us, nothing but «are you ready to order»; none of the «do you have any questions?»
The food was average, I had the shrimp linguine and my mother had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were the only thing that tasted good. Which says something

A little late in reviewing, but it was so positive and enjoyable, that I had to share the good news.
Atmosphere is pub-​like, yet service and quality of food is superior. We enjoyed the catch of the day, grilled, $ 21, and the chicken schnitzel, $ 15, plus a side salad, $ 3.
Great selection of tap beers available and prices for wines are also reasonable at $ 6/​glass.
I’ll look forward to returning.

So. this is my 2^nd time back and my goal today was to get off the airplane, check into the hotel, and go to revelry to get the turkey dinner. most of it was completed with the exception of the turkey dinner… I ended up drinking several Bocas and got a pie to go… what a disappointment.. I ordered a peporoni and mushroom pie… mushrooms werw good but after eating 2 pieces I noticed there was only 1 pepporoni on each slice??? 1 piece has none (look at pic). additionally there is no sauce on the pizza. well minimal… I really want to like this place. I ll be working here for weeks and I thought I found my place to go. but… however, michelle and charles are awesome bartenders and the have several great beers on tap… but I will opt out eating here again.
