What a dump! Shockingly high room prices for this place. The shabby room seemed clean-no bed bugs, I will allow that. But glaring blue tone neon lights in every lamp, paper thin walls and flimsy door, little spider ants, pitiful fiberglas tub shower no water pressure. There are washer dryers in end hallway alcoves. Guests are allowed to use at all hours-I was awakened by loud dryer noise at 3:00 am. Front desk did not care, told me management chose not to restrict use to normal hours. And the«breakfast”– gooey little muffins, water coffee, hockey puck shaped«eggs». I stayed only because it was close to a course i was attending. At Check out, they could not have cared less. Maybe the adjacent Days Inn would have been better…

Came in — 2 adults and 6 kids. We booked 2 rooms, arrived around 10PM. Our rooms were ready, clean and comfortable. The rates were good — we paid $ 75/night. The rooms are spacious, 2 queen beds per room and very comfortable beds. I didn’t give them 5 stars because of the breakfast. It’s just horrible and tasteless — breads, cereal, fake eggs, waffles — just yuck. But that is the norm on road trips. I would go back to this chain. The carpet in the hallways smelled like mildew but not inside the rooms. The rooms were really good.

Checked in with the most gracious host Sierra. In town for a craft beer convention. While enjoying our time at the hotel shift change happen to take place. Gentleman by the name of Max took over behind the desk. The complete opposite of Sierra. His hair was way more important than us. Div, the MOD backed him when he made us feel uncomfortable for enjoying a drink on property. It’s a Days Inn!!! Not the Ritz buddy. Again… his hair was more important than guest service. Stay away!!! MOD so runs quality inn next door. The worst customer service I have ever been involved in. Sierra was the highlight of our stay. Seems like Div and his family live at the hotel and max is part of that family. Not very customer service oriented. Absolutely horrible!!! Max seems like he has a chip on his shoulder. Perception is reality.
