I agree with the other reviewers — the employees in their copy center should all be fired. They are indignant, nasty and uncooperative. HOWEVER, I spoke to the store manager (Marty), and she couldn’t have been more apologetic. She printed my job personally and went way behind my expectations in order to resolve my complaint about the copy center. Also, a big «thank you» to Meagan for having my copies ready upon my arrival at the store.

Worst Print/​Copy Center I have done business with. I’ve tried again and again to use their office/​print center and they can’t seem to do anything right. I would email their «print shop» to get files printed but they never check their email. I then would have to follow up with a phone call and sometimes this wouldn’t help get the job done either. Most of the time I would show up with my laptop and send them an email while standing in front of them just to make sure they got it done. The only reason I kept using them is because the store is 2 min. from my house and I do a lot of printing. I would never complain about their inefficiencies and always say thank you and smile though most of their employees are inconsiderate and rude. I am over using them, I will drive to Office Depot on Fruitville, Staples downtown or Kinkos (I don’t even care where it is) just so I don’t have to deal with them. I also rarely write reviews and understand the implications of what a bad review can do to a business but something needs to change at this location.

Very rude, not a good customer service at all ! I went to go get some information for the printing and so and so. He just looked at me like“what do you want «and on top of that doesn’t explaining anything or gives us any other details but a bad bad service! I mean who wants that kind of service ! That guy shouldn’t be working places like that where lots people comes and goes.
