The problem for me is that no one seems to care about the wildlife or the environment much and it is always surprising to see how much people litter especially in places that are designed for activities involving enjoying the outdoors, scenery and wildlife. I don’t see any signs cautioning drivers or guests to look out for wildlife, no signs regarding fishing… I noticed several areas around the park where fishing net is coming up through the grass. I see no one is emptying the trash cans and there aren’t enough trash cans to accommodate the size of this «park» anyway. I would like to see better clean up especially after events that are held there. That seems to be the peak of the litter. I do see construction has started for the bathrooms. The biggest issue for me is that all people are responsible for maintaining the health and welfare of the animals and environment, I enjoy hiking and working out in the outdoors it would never occur to me to not maintain it.

How anyone could give this place less then 5 stars I have no idea. There is always someone who can find something wrong with the party. A great place to run, a great place to bike, a great place to walk, a great place to bring your dog. They have a stone trail if you prefer that surface to run or bike on. You can kayak and paddle board there as well.
