Naples Soap Company

This location is close to where my family vacations, so I was excited to give it a try. The products are similar to Lush, but overpriced and cheaper quality than any Lush product I’ve ever purchased. The best part of my experience was talking with the store manager, Michelle, who was very knowledgeable about the product and genuinely seemed to care about my experience in her store. Too bad the products don’t match up to the customer service. You’re better off going to Lush.

OMG I love Naples Soap Company! This place is really cool.
As soon as you walk in your nose will be filled w/​wonderful smells, different levels of cleanness. My favorite it the Florida smell. I can at least know when I buy my florida scented lotion that I can smell Florida even when I’m not there. They have a variety of lotions, soaps, bath salts, scrubs, lip balms, etc.
I’m sure if you stop in here your nose won’t let you leave until you buy something. For me, it’s the Florida smell.
One year I was in here and they said if you take a picture and post it on social media you will receive a free bath ball. (The bath ball is something you can put in your bath multiple times to make the scents and bubbles come out). So I put it on social media and I got a freebie. Pretty cool, huh?! You might want to ask and maybe you will get offered the same thing.
Go check it out and leave w/​the Florida smell like I do! Love this place!

FITTING LOCATION
Located in tourist-​saturated St. Armand’s Circle, this little store fits in very well with all the other middle to high-​class unique stores in this area. Walking in feels like you’re about to enter a spa – lots of clean, white displays mixed with some natural elements like wood and sponges. All labels are clearly displayed as well as chalk-​made signs promoting the benefits of natural products.
FITTING FOR THE EXCEMA
I specifically went here because of the many times Naples Soap products have been lauded for excema treatment. The variety was rather small – one type of lotion, soap, and bath product. Use-​wise I’ve used the lotion and soap for a couple weeks (in addition to diet and lifestyle adjustments) to no difference. (But my excema is rather extreme).
GREAT OTHER PRODUCTS
On the other hand, I saw many other products great for those wanting more natural lotions, bath items, and even deodorant. The appearance of everything inside was immaculate. The lone worker was very smiley but since this place doesn’t get many visitors her presence was always felt in the background – this can be almost hovering and not very welcome although she was very helpful. The prices were high even in relation to similar stores around Florida although ingredients appeared the same.

I drug my guy friend in here with me because I was looking for a gift for my BFF. Luckily they have a lot to choose from! I opted not to go with bath bombs, even though they are pretty popular, but instead went with a candle from Rewined. The pinot noir smells amazing! The lady working there was very knowledgeable about all of the products.

Fabulous product. Amazing customer service. I cannot say enough about this company except that I’m highly impressed. Scents are lovely, tasteful and ingredients better than I’ve found most anywhere both high and low end. I’m a skin care ingredient fanatic – these products work. Love the moisture sticks.
Also, Derek is a great store manager! Go visit, you’ll be glad you did.
