This review applies to realtor Michael Cochrane only. I really do not know anything specific about his company Prudential Palms Realty.
I met Michael about a month ago to look at properties in the Sarasota area. We have spent 4 mornings together over the past few weeks. I was not easy to work with because I kept fine tuning my parameters. I am also a licensed real estate agent in NYC… so I expect to work with another greedy snakes-​in-​the-​grass.
Michael was task-​specific, funny, flexible and attentive to my ever changing needs. He truly showed me only properties that were within my price range and wish list. He is a true professional. Through him, I am considering a home he showed me the other day.
